Even as a little girl with my cupcake and lemonade stand, I never thought I'd get to turn my creativity into a career. I learned quickly; a desk job is not for me. I listened to other people instead of following my heart. It wasn’t until after my father passed away, I realized what I should have done. Now I am trying to regain my dream, and prove to myself and others that you can achieve anything your heart truly desires, regardless of what others may say.

I started doing filmmaking in the music, commercial, and travel industry. I learned a lot; like how to compose amazing images with technical and artistic skills, and directing stories and actors to sell a product or evoke certain emotions. I've even been the cinematographer for a film that premiered in New York City. I was well paid and got to travel the world making these amazing films, but it was pretty empty. It could never compare to the feeling of fulfillment from being a wedding filmmaker.
