Inquiries: villacanterbury com This is your authentic and magical experience near the Wasatch Mountain range with huge panoramic views of Lone Peak and Mount Timpanogos. The back gate opens to an eight acre park with a stream running through it. It is the perfect place for celebrations and gatherings outdoor and indoor. Three bedrooms can be used for guests. The kitchen is available for use.

Congratulations on your engagement! Our prices are: Monday through Thursday during the day $1,000. Friday through Sunday during the day is $2,000. Monday through Thursday evening is $3,000. Friday through Sunday evening is $4,500. The prices are per day and include three bedrooms if needed for an overnight stay. Beautiful backyard!
I host local music nights for 40-60 people and this backyard has been perfect for that! It is beautiful, and there's a small patio area that worked great to set up our little stage on (and it had fun lights strung above!). There was an accessible bathroom which was great to have, and Julie is so awesome to work with!
Easy to Work With
Very quick at responding. We loved everything about our wedding and really enjoyed working with Julie. Always willing to help! Her excitement for our wedding was refreshing.
Perfect Venue
The Villa has the perfect backyard and park space with amazing views of the mountains. Julie hosted us and was very helpful with coordinating with vendors and all the set up. She let us store chairs, tables, and decor in the garage. We used the the kitchen and other rooms in the house. We had the reception outside. It was just beautiful!
