Karen Burciaga is a versatile string player who performs throughout New England. As a violinist, she is in demand for weddings, parties, church services and many other events. She often collarbones with other musicians on guitar, cello, harp, bagpipes and more. As an early music specialist on baroque violin, viola, and viola da gamba, she has appeared with numerous period ensembles. Karen holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Vanderbilt University (Nashville, TN) and a Master of Music from the Longy School of Music (Cambridge, MA). In addition to making and teaching music, Karen also enjoys English, Baroque, vintage and folk dance.

Francesco brings the sensitivity and artistry cultivated as a concert artist to every engagement. In addition to performing as a soloist, he also performs in various ensembles of which some of the most popular instruments include: violin, flute and cello. Mr. Halajko has performed with the Boston Chamber Orchestra, the Strings of Europe viola-guitar duet, the Franz Liszt Academy of Music Chamber Orchestra, the Fukuda-Halajko flute-guitar duet, and he was principal guitarist in the guitar quartet at The Boston Conservatory.
