Justin Cheverie
We are so excited to have won Best of Zola two years running. We are a small, personalized mobile DJ business that entertains weddings all over New England. We work with you to design your reception using your preferences as a guide and our weddings are never cookie-cutter. In addition to DJ services, we can also supply fun portable Photo Booths, professional wireless uplighting, and unique Audio Guestbooks.
I believe what sets us apart is the planning that takes place before the wedding to ensure that the wedding is exactly what each couple wants. We don't go into any event with a plan of what's going to happen - instead we work with each couple to discuss every point of the reception and how it will be carried out. We then share this information with every other vendor that we will be working with so everyone is on the same page. It's the only way to ensure a successful reception.

Good DJ
We hired Justin because he was easy to talk to and told us that he has been a professional DJ for many, many years. He was humble and open to ideas, and made us feel comfortable during our discussions. On our wedding day, we encountered a few complications, mostly regarding the ceremony and reception intros (hence the missing stars), but overall we were happy with the music and the lighting he provided.
Great DJ!!!
John, Justin and Brady were great to work with. We hired the DJ and PhotoBooth services, and everything went really smoothly. We communicated early and often with them about our schedule and musical preferences, and John's enthusiasm got us even more excited. When plans changed last minute, John was flexible and cool under pressure. He also helped us find a photographer when our person canceled due to a family emergency. John and Brady were kind to our guests, responsive to requests within reason, and a great addition to our wedding day. Everyone left raving about how fun a party that was.
Great Atmosphere and Entertainment
John and his assistant Brady did a great job DJ'ing the night. They were very accommodating and did a great job feeling out the crowds mood yet also took requests and kept everyone on the dance floor. They were also extremely friendly, fun and easy to work with. I would recommend John to anyone seeking a DJ for their special day.

Music on the Move was the perfect choice for our wedding entertainment. From the very first interaction, their communication was clear, effective, prompt and professional. The quality of their work and value was truly outstanding - they were detail-oriented, professional, reliable, and highly-skilled. Justin, the phenomenal DJ and master of ceremonies, made our day perfect by bringing the exact energy and professionalism we imagined. He seamlessly navigated last minute changes with the weather and timeline, demonstrating his ability to think quickly on his feet and read the crowd. Justin delivered on everything he promised and more, as all night our guests raved about the music and the DJ. The Photo Booth attendant Sawyer was also phenomenal, making the Photo Booth easy and fun for our guests. We could not have been happier with the services provided by Music on the Move - they truly helped make our wedding day unforgettable.
