At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost. This wood was used for the siding, along with the 3 bars: Cedar, Fir and Maple live edge slabs. At the center of the building stands the top of the Cedar tree, standing 28 feet tall. Specializing in Big Bold Reds, we also have some award-winning Pinot Noir and white wines as well as local beer on tap. Our tasting room is a versatile space for hosting many events: private tastings, meetings, birthdays, small casual weddings, and more. Events must be catered. We have preferred caterers but will consider outside caterers as requested. We can seat 64-70 people inside and on the patio, but allow a maximum of 85 guests per event. We have 45 parking spots and 2 Tesla Charging stations.

Our space features over 100 year old trees, a beautiful pond, cows, and a grouping of apple trees. This bridal suite was designed by the owner's father, who is the 'artist' behind our name, and all of the paintings within the bridal suite were made by him. We work with an amazing tent company that can provide a covered reception, which is recommended.
