Just an hour’s drive from Houston and 20 minutes from College Station, this unique setting combines vintage industrial style with modern details and amenities. Tired of the same wedding barn look? This 1883 historic Laundry building is the epitome of a unique venue. It has several spaces to choose from- from an intimate 50 person ballroom to a larger 150 person main reception area. The outdoor terrace has beautiful party lights and allows the party to spill outside. There is also a 2 bedroom apartment that can be rented to use as a bridal suite or to house the couple. The space is set up with A/V and projector and comes with square tables for your use (or we can arrange for rounds). We are an open vendor venue and you can provide your own alcohol (with TABC bartending) saving you money. Stand out from the rest and hold your celebration in a venue steeped in history.
