“Jim at Hifi entertainment was great to work with! When it comes to dj’s there’s a few things I look for : Good communication, approachable, and knows his audience to keep the party going on the dance floor. He checked all these for me. As a videographer there have been a few times where key events were happening that I was never informed about. Jim made sure nothing important happened until I was in the room and ready to roll. That right there is a huge win. He kept me up to speed on everything happening that night. His audio system sounded phenomenal! “Josh had our whole wedding dancing all night. With really creative mixing, he was able to blend in so many different genres seamlessly. Most importantly, he was really attuned to the crowd's energy and was great about knowing when to play a song in full and when to just tease us with quick samples. If you're looking for someone who really listens to what you want, instead of playing just the same 30 songs you hear at every wedding, Josh is your DJ. The music selection process is easy - in addition to check-in calls and zooms, he uses an app, so you can build you can craft the perfect playlist ahead of time. We both really enjoyed adding songs to our app throughout the planning process. But the best was actually hearing the way he was able to combine so many of our favorite songs for our reception party. He had all our of guests (ages ranging from 10 to over 80 years old) dancing all night long. Our first comment from friends the day after our wedding was about how fun they had on the dance floor and how great the music was! I also think its important to add that Josh handled our wedding ceremony music, cocktail music, dinner music and sparkler exits as well- he provided mics, sounds systems, everything we needed, and all of those were executed perfectly. He was on time for set-up, very respectful of the rules/guidelines in places at our historic venue, and he collaborated really well with our other vendors to make sure everything looked and sounded perfect. Also he is just the nicest guy- really responsive on email and genuine- which was so, so appreciated during tho last few chaotic months of wedding planning. 10/10 - highly recommend.”

He announced everything well, communicated with our wedding coordinator and the other vendors, played our requested song list, and consistently checked in on my (new!) husband and I throughout the evening to see if there was anything that he could help us with. On our song list, we noted that we didn't want any country music played (unless it was a specifically requested song), and when one of our guests asked him to play 'Cotton Eye Joe', Terrell even came up to me and asked me if it was okay because he wasn't sure if I considered that country music! Overall, we are VERY happy with terrell! My husband and I would definitely recommend to other couples who are planning a wedding!”

“We called, talked and knew that's our band. Communication (phone/email) was easy. Our party was in a cul-de-sac. We provided canapes, a garage and power. They set up everything else. It was already fun to listen to the soundcheck. About 120 guests were all over the cul-de-sac and the band totally adapted to everything that happened. Their male singer was not at our party but their female singer was absolutely amazing!!!! Whenever we talk about the party, EVERYONE says that the band was so GREAT!! We hope to hear/see them again. If we ever need a band again: THAT'S THE BAND for sure.”
