The Lodge is a good fit if you seek an outdoor space with the flexibility to choose your own caterer and procure your own alcohol, coupled with the relaxation of staying onsite. Our King County Designated Historic Landmark farm sits on 18.1 acres on the north side slope of the Happy Valley 2 miles east of Redmond on SR 202. Established in 1907 by Walter Cooper, the uncle of the famous actor Gary Cooper, the dairy farm operated for 60 years before switching to beef cattle in the late 60s. The farmstead encompasses a gambrel-roofed hay barn built in 1925, followed by a grain silo and milk barn built in 1953.

After years of feeling overwhelmed with the rental property inherited in a divorce, I took ownership and adopted a turkey named Lola from the local supply store, which turned out to be a boy - hence, Lolaboy Farm was born.
