The 3,200-square-foot barn offers a charming, rustic feel that is perfect for your dream country wedding. Draped with tulle and fairy lighting, the barn has a rustic yet elegant feel. The venue has several unique spaces, including outdoor decks complete with cafe lighting, a dedicated ceremony site, patio heaters, gas fire pits and a bridal changing suite.

The ProRodeo Hall of Fame and Museum is a venue with a Western twist. It offers four options for your wedding day. The Pavilion seats 150 people. The floor-to-ceiling sliding windows open to the gorgeous garden, waterfall, and bronze statues. The garden features two built-in stages for your ceremony, one with a view of Pikes Peak. For a larger wedding, the event tent is available from June to early fall. The tent seats up to 250 guests, and you will have access to the garden. For receptions of up to 350 people, the Museum Hall is a spacious room surrounded by rodeo history. You and your guests will have full access to the museum and garden; a perfect way for guests to pass time while you prepare for your reception. Our rodeo arena is also available for your wedding. Our staff will assist you in adding it to your day. The venue is not all-inclusive, and our rental prices allow you to focus on details that will make your day unique. The Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame is an unconventional venue for a Wedding but in all the best ways!! They offer several different options for you to have your ceremony and reception (incase you have COVID restrictions like we did). They do not micro-manage your wedding, it's all about making the event exactly what you want. The space is beautiful and was perfect for my Husband and I who did not want a super traditional Wedding. We can't say enough great things about the staff and venue!

Celebrate Milestones & Create Cherished Memories with The Meadows! We are a homeowner's association with a rental facility known as The Grange, which is located 30 minutes between Denver and Colorado Springs. Opened in 2004, The Grange seamlessly blends rustic charm with contemporary amenities. Central aspects include natural light, grand ceilings, a bar and prep kitchen, a covered patio with heating capabilities, and a perimeter of garage doors for a free-flowing indoor/outdoor concept. Renting with us is “DIY” - We provide the venue, plus some amenities, and you bring it to life (no required vendors). Please note we are NOT an all-inclusive venue and our rates are HOURLY. THE GOOD STUFF The Grange fit our needs really well for a 50 person baby shower. With the setup we chose, the room felt full but not crowded and allowed for ample room for people to move around. The fireplace added a nice atmosphere without making the room hot. The bathrooms and space were clean when we arrived. The Grange offers several table options which made it super easy for us to setup a kids zone, silent trivia area, and guest tables. Given that tables and chairs are included in the rental fee, it is fairly priced. A FEW BUMMERS While we wanted to have the garage doors open for an open-air feeling, it seemed that even the smallest bit of wind would knock over all of our decorations. Because we couldn't have the garage doors open, we did confine everything to indoors which changed our plans a bit with outdoor yard games as it wasn't super intuitive to go outside to the covered patio. We also would have liked to have been asked about the signage The Grange put outside. We had a co-ed baby shower but when we pulled up, the sign only listed the mother-to-be's name. Not a huge deal, but definitely could have been avoided. IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS A few things to note that may be important to you: 1. All setup, teardown, and cleaning is YOUR responsibility. So, if you don't want to haul tables and chairs, take out the trash, and mop the floor, this venue is not for you. (Note: We were made well aware of this prior to booking so it isn't a surprise but definitely a big consideration as it cuts into your rental time.) 2. The microphone works well for the main room but is very difficult to hear in the "back area" where the restrooms and food counters are. 3. When working on your budget, be sure to factor in the cost of getting event insurance as this is required and is an additional cost. (Again, we were made aware of this in advance so it wasn't a surprise.) 4. No table coverings/linens/tablecloths are provided so be sure you factor this into planning and your budget.

We could not have imagined a better venue for our wedding! Before committing to Sanctuary as our venue, we talked with several friends who had either been married there or had family married there and they all had nothing but positive things to say, so we knew we were in good hands.The entire staff was incredible- our wedding guests have continued to rave about the views, food, and service even two months after our wedding (which says a lot, given that food at weddings is typically pretty forgettable). Julie, our coordinator, was absolutely the reason our day went smoothly and was completely stress-free. Throughout the planning process, she provided reminders of upcoming deadlines, walked us through what to expect the week and day of our wedding and on our wedding day kept us on track with our timeline all while giving us any and all support we needed and assuring us how perfect our day would be (which is was). We truly could not imagine a better day and Sanctuary's beautiful views and amazing staff are largely to thank!
