“We hired DJ Rachel for our wedding reception in October 2022. From our first call through the event, we enjoyed the experience and appreciated her support! Rachel was very helpful during the planning stage. Her thoughtful questions helped us determine what we wanted from the evening, and Rachel gave us key input on the schedule of events. Rachel thought critically about the energy of different events we wanted (ex: group photo, cake cutting, table dash) and provided suggestions for best flow. Rachel was organized, responsive, and communicated clearly. We appreciated Rachel's suggestions on how to pick songs for our "want to play" list - it was a fun trip down memory lane, and probably our favorite part of wedding planning! On the day of our event, Rachel's leadership made the day go smoothly. Rachel was prepared, organized, and energetic. It was so fun, and Rachel's willingness to try this idea (and seamless execution) was critical to making it happen. This also allowed us to get at least one photo with each guest, a treasured memory. Rachel's mix of experience, enthusiasm, and calming presence helped the first few hours of our wedding run smoothly. During the dancing time, we could not have been more happy with how DJ Rachel performed. Her energy was so fun and kept our guests dancing all night! Rachel read the room to keep things flowing and played the perfect mix of throwbacks, slow songs, and hits from our list of songs. We appreciated how DJ Rachel was thoughtful of the guest age/types regarding explicit and mature songs. DJ Rachel had high quality equipment and lights, including speakers for the outside garden area and two microphones. Multiple guests asked us if DJ Rachel was in the wedding party, and also asked where we found such a great DJ. More than one guest said "best wedding DJ ever", and we agree wholeheartedly! Rachel also supported our "vow renewal", a surprise for our guests! We would not have done this without Rachel's support and encouragement, and it was a blast! One example from the dance floor - DJ Rachel played "Copperhead Road" and led the dance floor in the line dance. The dance includes rotating so a different part of the dance floor is the "front" throughout the song. DJ Rachel ran around the dance floor to lead as the group turned, so guests could always see her to follow the line dance steps. I have never seen a DJ put in that much effort - it was incredible and helped people really get down the steps and have fun in the dance. Just one example of how DJ Rachel went above and beyond to make the day successful. Rachel made working together remotely easy. We planned our wedding from out of state, and Rachel was integral to making this successful - phone calls, zoom calls, a google doc were all tools that Rachel used to facilitate the long distance planning. Rachel also accepted Venmo which made paying easy (no need to remember a check!). On important days like your wedding, you need a high quality team in your corner to help make the day run smoothly and meet your expectations. Rachel is that partner! We highly recommend DJ Rachel!”

“Just let me START by saying, I am a true customer who hired DJ Jeremy B for my daughter's wedding at Walnut Hall Estate in Carrollton, IL on November 16, 2024. Not a friend, not a relative, just a mom hiring a DJ. I have not been paid in any way for this review... it is 100% our honest experience. My daughter had been to a prior wedding at that venue and loved how Jeremy kept the guests dancing so he was unanimously their choice! Forward to the planning stages... my future son-in-law is a fan of Marvel and DC Comics, particularly Batman. My daughter had an idea of playing "The Batman" by Michael Giacchino for her wedding march and even chose a wedding dress that had a cape to give it a classy "Gotham" vibe. The programs were Newspaper "Breaking News" announcements also with a Gotham vibe. DJ Jeremy took that idea and CREATED a remix for the wedding march. I knew nothing of this until my daughter called and said, "MOM!!! You have to hear this... the DJ created my walk-in song and it is PERFECT! I cried it was so perfect!". She drove to our house so we could listen to it on her phone... OMG AHMAZING! The evening of the wedding, the ceremony started and after the attendants (all 8 sets) walked in, the doors shut... then a quiet drum build up to the doors swinging open to this big boom of a climax of the remix with my husband and myself walking her down the aisle. I WAS SO MOVED and it was SO PERFECT... I just can't even tell you. Jeremy is SO VERY TALENTED... he KNOWS the "feel" you're going for and NAILS it! Not to mention he's got this handlebar moustache that is just edgy and super cool. Our Groomsmen were commenting, "I want that stache!" You want the BEST DJ?... hire Jeremy! You will NOT be sorry...and if you do...ask to hear that song!! It is just crazy good.”

“If you are looking for a DJ that is easy to work with, super friendly, and listens to exactly what you want then you need to use Brad! We gave him a list of songs we 100% wanted played (they were all over the place in genre, beat and tempo) and he made them all fit in perfectly! We also gave him songs that we did not want played which were not! Almost everyone at my wedding was on the dance floor because of the fun exciting atmosphere he made! He has multiple different packages you can choose from and you can also add things to your package if you don’t see it on the one you like! The lighting he also has to offer was amazing and made for some cool pictures as well. You can get ahold of him easy whenever you have questions or concerns as well.”

“We always ranked the music as the number one priority for our wedding, and we’re so glad we entrusted David Rothstein Band to bring our party to life. Planning a wedding during Covid had many challenges, including not being able to see the band live, but thankfully, David has so many live videos available where we can see the entertainment his band delivers day in and day out. Those videos, along with David’s passion for his work, made us confident to chose his team to make our day special. For our wedding, we had a classical duo during the ceremony, a pianist during cocktail hour, a jazz trio during dinner, and an incomparable 10 piece orchestra to dance the night away. From the first note to the final encore, we were BLOWN AWAY with the talent and energy that the band brought. We had a few special requests for the night - from a unique arrangement for our ceremony processional to a mashup of New York songs during the reception - and David’s team was beyond accommodating. We had dancing for 3 hours straight and not once did anyone leave the floor - the band was able to feel the energy in the room and chose the right song for the moment. I stumbled across the ingoing setlist after the party and was actually surprised to see that the band didn’t even stick to the songs they had picked - a sign that they adjusted based on what the crowd was loving.
