Operating out of Springfield, IL, Music by Cory Brown is a full service entertainment company providing DJ Services and Live Music for any event, specializing in weddings. Cory has the ability within one company to fully customize the musical entertainment for your wedding ceremony and reception. Cory began playing the piano at age 7 and DJ’ing weddings professionally as a teenager. The two passions combined, and Music by Cory Brown was officially established in 2017. Cory is committed to delivering quality experiences for brides, grooms and guests.

The ability to customize live-music for your event in addition to offering professional DJ services is something truly unique in the industry. Whether it's solo piano, a jazz ensemble (with or without vocals), booking vocalists, instrumentalists...you name it! Cory has you covered and works with a variety of professional, innately talented musicians. Cory believes that his experience, his attention to detail, and his capacity to understand and deliver on a client's expectations set him apart from other industry professionals. We were thrilled to have Cory as the musician for our ceremony and the DJ during our reception! He went above and beyond all of our expectations and even arranged to have a violinist accompany him during our ceremony. We couldn't have asked for a better experience at our wedding!

We knew Cory was a great DJ from prior experiences at friends’ weddings, but he still managed to exceed our expectations for our wedding. He is easy to work with and very helpful during the planning stage. You can rest easy on your wedding day knowing he will be a great MC and will get the dance floor going.

Cory Brown is a professional committed to his clients. He is not just a DJ, but also a talented musician. He can help you with live music during your ceremony and then switch gears and have you and your guests on the dance floor all night! We love working with him and highly recommend his services. He is very easy to work with, will help coordinate the music for the entire wedding.

As a wedding vendor, you get a peek behind the curtain and see the best and worst of other vendors. Oftentimes, I see a side of DJ’s that isn’t pretty… uncooperative, unprofessional, unprepared. I see none of that with Cory. He is a kind, genuine, and caring person and that reflects in how he runs his business. I cannot recommend him enough.
