This historic estate sits on a secluded the 23 acre East Lake. The mansion can sleep up to 14 guests overnight. Minimum night stay is 2 nights unless the wedding guest list is under 35. We can accommodate up to 50 guests in the mansion for small indoor weddings. Tents and rentals and catering are by our selected vendors and we can assist with all of your wedding needs from music to flowers to makeup artists and hairstylists.

Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. After seeing the property, its luscious landscape, and the rustic charm of the original buildings, Rick had a vision. He saw the property transformed into a modern, chic space that maintained the history and character of the original farm. More importantly, he imagined bringing others’ visions to life with a beautiful and unique setting for weddings and private events.

The Inn at Grace Winery is a tranquil haven situated on fifty acres in the historic Brandywine Valley. The estate features the inn and cottages, the barn and winery, vineyard and sprawling grounds. The inn has a number of options to accommodate gatherings from 6 – 140 persons. Bohemia Overlook sprawls over 160 idyllic acres and sits on the shore of the expansive Elk River with unparalleled views.
