Our working grain farm of 350 acres in Southern Delaware is located 30 minutes west of the Delaware and Maryland beaches. We offer a beautiful tented area in the 5 acre Lavender field, separate open sided barn, pond, sheep and unobstructed sunset view. Our farm is perfect for your wedding day!

This historic estate sits on a secluded the 23 acre East Lake. The mansion can sleep up to 14 guests overnight. Minimum night stay is 2 nights unless the wedding guest list is under 35. We can accommodate up to 50 guests in the mansion for small indoor weddings. Tents and rentals and catering are by our selected vendors and we can assist with all of your wedding needs from music to flowers to makeup artists and hairstylists.

Country Rustic Style Pavilion – A country rustic pavilion has been placed in the back pool area of our location and is a great place to host many different events, including weddings, parties, photography sessions or company picnics. Pergola – A great place to have a beautiful wedding, rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, or just a quiet sitting place to have a nice glass of wine or tea at your event.

Vintner’s Pavilion is capable of seating 150 guests comfortably for up to a 5-hour reception and 1/2 hour ceremony. Use of the Wine House which includes a mahogany wine bar, restrooms, and additional seating area 4 large fire-pits with seating and gas tiki torch lighting throughout the courtyard provides incredibly dazzling lighting after sunset.
