If there's anything you do in wedding planning - it's hiring Hannah Elizabeth Events!!!!!! Hannah and her team were nothing but amazing on our wedding day. We had Hannah be our wedding coordinator as I was able to do most of the planning but still wanted a professional's opinion and help on the day itself. They were nothing but incredible and made the months leading up to the wedding less stressful and the wedding day go on without any major hiccups. Even though Hannah was just the wedding coordinator for the day, she had been immensely helpful in answering questions about vendors in the area and her opinion on certain parts of the wedding day. Even with a few delays in our timeline in the beginning part of the day prior to the ceremony, she and her team were able to still help make the day flow smoothly and without a hitch! She often came up to me during the wedding day for updates and checking in on both my husband and I. She was able to hand out the rest of the payments to our vendors at the end of the night so we didn't have to and were fully able to enjoy our wedding ceremony. If there is one thing that would help your wedding day go by smoothly - it's hiring Hannah and her team! They were such an integral part in having our day go by smoothly!!!

My best friend wedding was organised by Amalfi and may I say- it was superb!!! Anna, the owner had everything under control from the beginning till the last minute of the wedding party. WOW! I can not say enough on how appreciative I am of Bari and Antonia. A month before my wedding I realized I desperately needed Day of Coordinators. Bari and Antonia were so responsive and assuring. They took on my wedding with such grace. No request of mine was too much. They travelled all the way to Jersey City from Philly and were so accomodating. They spent time with all our vendors on the day of the wedding, helping set up with the florist and some of my DIY decor. They made sure my ceremony procession ran smoothly. They made sure all the little details were taken care of. The night of my wedding, the only thought I had was to have a good time, and thats because Bari and Antonia did the rest. I couldn't recommend them more if you need help on your wedding day.

I'm a wedding photographer and had the great pleasure to recently work with Ashley Bupp for a beautiful wedding in Covington. She was the wedding day coordinator for the event, and from the moment we met (at a pre-wedding meeting with the bride), I could tell she was a full on PRO. Not only was she methodical, thorough, a great communicator, and not only did she have great recommendations and a great eye for scripting ceremony/reception blueprints & simulations with our client, but she was also very easy going and fun to work with throughout the entire process! Lastly, of most importance as a vendor, her communication with me on the day of the wedding was incredibly professional, flexible, and spot on. The wedding event went off without a hitch and I could tell our client was thrilled with ALL of the results!! There's no question I will be recommending Ashley again for future events with my clients. I suggest you do the same and book her now!

Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

Like a coach, she put a few of my expectations, all of my anxiety and some of my to-do list in check, but did so with such professionalism and calmness, that I feel in hindsight her fee was more than worth it. I was apprehensive about paying a planner for something I truly believed I could do. Later than I'd like to admit, I became overwhelmed and seriously behind as the actual day neared. I was referred to Nina by my fiancé's friend [note that my fiancé was so over me planning the wedding me on my own]. I had fun on my day, I was relaxed and look like I was truly enjoying our day in ALL the photos. Adding that Nina also flew in a DJ from Miami who I was and am a fan of. I thought it would be a gazillion dollars, but it was just a little bit more than the local DJs. Her industry experience def gives her an edge and made us look super cool.

Sabrina also handled our timelines which we would not have had the bandwidth to put together that last 1-2 months before the wedding as we were already stressed enough. Our biggest ask to Sabrina was not to have to worry about anything the day of the wedding and Sabrina team delivered on that request! Moral of the story, BOOK DEFINED LUXE EVENTS!

We stumbled upon Dave accidentally but what a clear meet/cute - stars aligning moment. We were lucky enough to have Dave work with us for a little over 2 years to make our dream wedding come true. He was great about staying in contact even when we were far out from making big decisions, as we creeped closer and closer to the big day we began meeting monthly or bi-weekly. I never had one moment throughout the entire planning process where I had concern for his bandwidth or frustrations that either I or my other vendors may have caused. What I think I loved most, was his understanding of my vision. He took the time to understand what my husband and I both wanted and envisioned. On the big day, Dave was like the wind - he was EVERYWHERE but NOWHERE. I didn't have one person (vendor related) speak to me and when issues did arise, they always will no matter how hard you plan, he was able to make executive decisions without a hesitation knowing I had full trust in him. I couldn't imagine having done the wedding without him and am forever grateful for these past 2 years. I can't wait to hire him back in 15-20 years for a renewal ;)

When I think back on my wedding day, there is not one thing I can think of that did not work out seamlessly. I owe much of this to Victoria. Starting a few days before my wedding, she was in contact with me about details that I did not even think of. She helped me organize decorations and did a mock staging with me to ensure I was satisfied with the design. On the day of my wedding, she ensured everything was placed as we discussed and even made sure that empty spaces were filled with greenery. She worked closely with all of my vendors to ensure that things ran smoothly and stayed on time. When things did not go as planned, she sorted things out so quickly that I didn’t even know about them until after the fact. For example, my sister-in-law had been losing pregnancy weight and hadn’t tried on her dress in some time since they traveled from out of state. When she put on her dress at my wedding, it was noticeably loose fitting. Victoria immediately took action. When she was done working her magic, my sister in laws dress looked perfect! I wasn’t even aware of the issue until after the fact and wouldn’t have even know if it wasn’t mentioned. Victoria was never more than an arm’s length away on my wedding day. She was always there to help, frequently asked if I needed anything, and handled almost everything without me even knowing. If there was something I did not know how to respond to, or if a difficult situation arose, she navigated it effortlessly and professionally. I highly recommend her to all brides. She takes pride in her work and treats your wedding day like it’s her own. I truly believe having her there allowed me to fully be present on my wedding day and allowed me to thoroughly enjoy every second of it without having to worry! She really is the best there is!
