Hi! My name is Mariah, owner and Lead Event Planner. From years of planning events for family and friends, I quickly realized I love planning- everything from birthday parties, baby showers, bachelorette parties and especially weddings. I am passionate about making sure everyone feels stress-free and special on their big day. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, flexibility to all of our clients and customer service. Let's turn your wedding dreams into reality, with laughter, creativity, and a whole lot of fun along the way!

I aim to always give you exceptional service. With this, I will never book more than 2 weddings/events in the same month. I treat everyone as my friend or family member; this isn’t just a business… I LOVE planning and helping others make their vision come to life!

Our full planning package includes everything from start to finish. This includes but is not limited to venue selection, vendor selections, walkthroughs, contract review, theme/color creation, budgeting, timeline creation, complimentary breakfast, main point of contact for vendors, unlimited communication, set up/take down, access to our rentals and Day of Coordination which includes an additional assistant on site to ensure all needs are met.

Our partial planning package includes but is not limited to complimentary breakfast, vendor recommendations, set up/take down, decor assistance, main point of contact, distributing final payments/gratuity to vendors, unlimited communication, access to our rentals, final venue walkthrough, and Day of Coordination with an additional assistant on site to ensure all needs are met.

Our Day of Coordination includes but is not limited to complimentary breakfast, assisting with set up/take down, access to our rentals, main point of contact, distributing final payments/gratuity, unlimited hours on site, timeline creation, an additional assistant on site to ensure all needs are met and most importantly ensuring your day is stress free!

    Being the MOH in my sister's wedding comes with a lot of planning, and I'm so thankful that we have Mariah for that! From the engagement party, bridal shower, bachelorette party, and the wedding- Mariah has made this whole process easy, fun, and enjoyable. What sets Mariah apart is her impeccable attention to detail, her calm under pressure, and her ability to bring a couple’s vision to life in such a beautiful way. She is an absolute pro, and her dedication to making everything perfect is evident in every event she coordinates. If you’re looking for someone who will not only make your wedding unforgettable but will also make every part of the journey leading up to it just as special, I can’t recommend Mariah enough!

    If I could give 10/5 stars I would!! I recently booked Mariah for my baby shower. Her and her team exceeded my expectations entirely! She really brought my dreams to reality and made my entire day light, stress free, and honestly so much fun. From the games, to the decor, alllll the way to it raining outside, her having to replan games and activities the spot… this is ur girl! I highly recommend Mariah and her team. Thank u for having such great communication, and having such a great eye for detail. U really calmed my anxiety the day of my shower, I can’t thank u enough!!
