The Golden Door Event Hall is conveniently located outside the city of Atlanta off of Interstate 20. The ballroom can hold a maximum of 150 guests banquet style. The ballrooms are a blank canvas so you can decorate to your liking with no restrictions. We offer both ceremony and reception space.

Built from the granite of Stone Mountain, 550 Trackside was established as a Cotton Warehouse in 1904. Over the years, it has been known as The Langley General Store, The Mercantile Exchange, A Feed and Seed Co., the Grinder and the Goldkist Building. Prior to opening in 2008, we renovated, restored, and designed the venue to be a space where people can gather, connect, celebrate, and create memories. The high ceilings of 100-year-old rough-hewn wood, archways, chandeliers, furnishings, and attention to detail, captures and maintains its turn of the century authenticity and charm.

We can accommodate up to 200 guests and we offer a variety of menus and wine pairings to suit any occasion and budget. Our marriage officiants and Ministers can perform your wedding at a moments notice. Georgia Marriage License and Photo ID required. All Marriage Licenses accepted from Gwinnett, Fulton, Dekalb, Henry and All Georgia County Probate Courts. LBGT clients are welcomed. Use our Minister or bring your own to perform the ceremony and file the required marriage papers with the state of Georgia.

Lazy Betty is the culmination of the Hsu family's, along with Chef Aaron Phillips, love for food and community. Siblings Howard, Anita, and Ron Hsu were instilled with this passion from their mother, Betty, who welcomed friends and family to her restaurant as if it were her home. Chef Ron brings the experience he developed while working in kitchens all over the world, including his time as Creative Director at Le Bernardin, the world-renowned NYC restaurant that has garnered three Michelin stars and four stars from The New York Times.
