What's Poppin, a Chicago-style popcorn company, is based locally out of Albany, NY. We make all of our popcorn on premises by hand, by real life popcorn enthusiasts. She started out by making family cakes, eventually sharing them on social media. Within months a family business turned into a full time business. Cakes by Melissa has created artisinal cakes for the last 15 years. From H.S prom cupcakes, to a shed made for Tanglewood, to large corporate orders, to the most intricately designed wedding cake. It has been her passion for years, and shows in each and every cake or dessert she makes.
