As a kid, while every other six year old was waking up to Saturday morning cartoons, I was immersed in the Food Network. From watching Martha Stewart whip up an Angel Food Cake to Sarah Lee making chocolate chip cookies, I was enamored. I would race to my parents kitchen, create some sort of concoction (usually involving chocolate) and have them taste test.

I'm not afraid to admit that I have had my fair share of kitchen disasters, but my skills and passion for baking has only grown more. Now, I'm sharing my joy for all things sweet with you! Cookies, brownies, pies and custom cakes are just a few things you'll find at Honey Bee Sweets!

    Jess creates the most beautiful and delicious cakes. She takes your idea and makes them her own. I feel her creativity is unmatched. My cake was clean and clearly well thought out. It was moist and spongy, unlike other cakes I’ve had that have been crumbly! The flavor was powerful without being overbearing. Would highly recommend!
