The buildings beautifully blend history and modernity. Crafted from reclaimed wood of three vintage Texas homes, the oldest dating back to 1873, it features modern amenities like Nest controls. We're proud of our low environmental footprint with solar power, rainwater supply, and geothermal AC. You have full access to about 5 acres of the property. It includes: • the main house, with 2000 sqft indoor space + 600sqft outside porch • outside covered pavillion/gazebo for activities, with an additional 600sqft of space, and electric outlets • a couple of short trails to explore • plenty of outside space

The venue sits on 40 acres, full of mature oaks and beautiful landscaping. The outdoor ceremony site is held under a 400+ year old oak tree, with branches cascading down and seating to accommodate 250 guests. Guests then move seamlessly to our cocktail hour patio and inside for the reception. Our venue boasts 25 foot ceilings, with gorgeous chandeliers to bring a classy touch. The white shiplap walls, large windows & french doors create the perfect lighting for pictures & an elegant ambiance. One of our favorite personal touches is the balcony lounge, featuring a private bar, indoor balcony overlooking the dance floor, and a covered outdoor patio area. Before the wedding, the bridal party and family can enjoy our spacious bridal suite, equipped with 6 vanity spaces, a private full bathroom & plenty of cozy lounge spots. The groom’s room is the perfect man cave, with a built in bar, TV’s, and leather couches - yep, we thought of everything!

The Gin has been beautifully restored as a unique micro-ballroom with 30-foot ceilings, a stage and the original cotton gin as the centerpiece backdrop for a truly unique Texas experience. Eagle Dancer Ranch wedding venue is conveniently and perfectly located along the banks of the famous Guadalupe River north of Boerne, Texas, and just east of the town of Sisterdale, Texas. Stainless steel prep tables, a large double door refrigerator and separate freezer are available for the caterer to utilize. Located in the reception barn, the space is centrally located so the caterers have easy access to all areas of the property during the event.

Rancho Mirando is located on the iconic Devil's Backbone with 25 mile views of Wimberley Valley. We only do 20 curated weekend weddings with overnight accommodations for 16. We have both 48 hour and 72 hour packages.

Full bar, commercial kitchen, catering access and large window views of grassy plains and hills. In addition to the indoor AC space he the building includes a large covered space that can seat as many people for ceremonies. A large area between the enclosed venue and outdoor venue is perfect for setting up catering and other entertainment (bands, dancing, etc). Blanco is nearby to famous Fredricksburg wine country and just 1 hour from San Antonio and Austin. Easy to find.
