Welcome to The Hearth! The Hearth is Utah’s newest venue! This 1960’s historic building has been a home to many different owners. After finding it completely destroyed, windows broken, graffiti left and right, we saw great bones and couldn’t wait to make this special building into a place where people would start their futures together. We kept a lot of the vintage touches to the building while giving it a modern facelift.

Founded in 2017, Lake Effect has become a renowned locale in the Salt Lake valley. Our building itself is a historical part of the downtown area. Originally built in 1910 and known as the Hotel Victor, we converted the building into an elegant bar and event venue.
