As my kids have grown and become less relient on me I started to think about my time and what I wanted to do with it. I started doing floral arrangements in 1996 for friends, family, dances for my kids and their friends. I started working with wood flowers in February of 2020. A friend of mine had recently gotten married, and seeing her bouquet in the trash stuck with me. I researched fresh vs silk flowers, fresh are stunning but expensive & have a fast expiration date. Silk flowers didn’t really satisfy the customization and realism that I desired.
