I started my wedding photography business over 7 years ago after working as a Climate Scientist. I decided Climatology wasn't my passion, so I decided to switch to something I was passionate about. I am passionate about living life to its fullest and capturing everything that makes life beautiful. I document my personal life on film because I believe it captures life most honestly. I love to spend time with my husband, our Australian Shepherd and Golden Retriever, train for marathons, read books, and listen to all of Taylor Swift's discography.

I am a fine art wedding photographer who makes your photos more FUN. I'm for the couples who don't take themselves too seriously and want to show the JOY while still getting those beautiful, editorial images. It doesn't need to be one or the other! Ever since my first wedding in 2006 (where I developed the negatives in the darkroom myself), I have been obsessed with capturing couples' love stories. I was born and raised in Chicago where I still split half my time, but I will travel all over the world to capture your love. You can always find me covered in an endless supply of dog hair or hiding chapsticks in several locations around my home.

I have been married to my sweetheart for 20+ years, and we have three beautiful girls.
