Welcome to The Benji! We are a family owned Victorian Bed & Breakfast and wedding & event venue since 1994. Built in 1888 this Queen Anne Victorian home is on the National Register of Historic Places. Our historic B&B is ideal for staycations, elopements, groups, romantic getaways, singles, families or as a destination while cruising the coast. The heart of Owl and Olive is our historic gambrel barn. Built in 1936, the barn provides a beautiful and unique setting to celebrate your special day with family and friends. Tasteful accent lighting illuminates the rafters while three rustic barn-sized chandeliers and complimentary bistro lights combine to provide a warm glow on the gathering space below during both daytime and evening activities. The Beacon-Seaside is a spacious venue, which turned 100 years old in 2020. It is located in the heart of downtown Seaside, Oregon, underwent a 5 and a half year transformation. The renovation was completed in 2019. The original floor was preserved, creating warmth and elegance to enhance your special event. You'll be a close walk to the beach, just 4 and a half blocks away. Many hotels, restaurants, and other attractions are near. We offer catering and bar options as well as set up and clean up for additional costs.

Red Barn Studios is a charming countryside wedding venue found in Chehalis, WA. The property is conveniently located midway between Seattle and Portland, making it ideal for guests traveling from either direction. Here, you’ll find a renovated gothic barn originally built in 1937. Each corner of this gorgeous 25-acre farm feels perfect for a milestone celebration, including your wedding ceremony and reception. Secluded by forests, rolling hillsides, and grassy lawns, the venue is perfect for you and your guests to enjoy an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The Vintage Grand Room, Clubhouse and Rooftop Patio are available for banquets, weddings, receptions, meetings and any other special event. The grand room is approximately 6000 sq ft of 1889 charm and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Original hardwood floors and beautiful brick give it a true vintage feel. The room is surrounded with white tree lighting, which provides a great ambiance. A bride room is located on the first floor of the Hotel Washington building, and can be added to any rental. The building also features an elevator which provides access to all three levels of the building.

Formerly the St. Helens Fox Theatre, City Farm Chehalis has been majestically transformed and restored into a unique Western Washington landmark. Originally a Ford Dealership, City Farm Chehalis is history like no other. Jim and Christy Hutchison built their barn 20 years ago with the help of family and friends. Initially meant for their kids' 4H animals, the barn hosted their children's weddings in 2013 and 2015. Enjoying the love and gatherings the barn brought, they decided to share it with others, becoming a county-approved venue in 2015. Surrounded by stunning mountain views, tall cedars, weeping willows, and prairie fields, The Mason Jar offers a 3-day relaxed environment for weddings. The Hutchisons provide ample time for decorating, rehearsing, and celebrating without rushing, keeping pricing affordable with available decor to help reduce costs. Family-run and oriented, they believe in community support and annually donate a wedding to a deserving couple, embodying the heart and soul of The Mason Jar.

Events on Emerson opened in 2016 as a place where people can come and celebrate important (and sometimes just for fun) occasions. Originally built in 1906, the building was the home of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church until 1991 (when the congregation merged with St. Andrew's in Aberdeen). Today, it is owned by Emily and Steven Puvogel, who operate the venue as a passion project where we enjoy helping people host all manner of events, including weddings, birthday parties, celebrations of life, concerts, baby showers, fundraisers, trainings, and meetings. When you book your event here, you will get a beautiful setting and personal service, at an incredibly reasonable price. Not only that, use of tables, chairs, linens, and AV equipment are included in the price! We work with you to help keep your event less stress and more fun.

We are an outdoor/indoor venue. Out property overlooks the Columbia River with 180° views and breezes. With a wedding gazebo, formal gardens, a historic Orchard, an acreage under the Oaks. Indoors, the Knapp Center has two floors, each will seat up 50 at tables. There is a professional kitchen, a carpeted library, and multiple sized indoor/outdoor tables.
