“When it came time to find a DJ for My daughter’s wedding, I assumed I could just hire anyone with a sound system to spin records for the reception. After some research, I realized that the wedding DJ is much more than a person supplying music for the reception. Rhiannon is an emcee. She coordinated and choreographed the entire reception: hosting the “newlywed game,” introducing the toasts, directing the guests from the dinner to the cutting of the cake to announcing the various dances. The service Heartbeat Events supplied was invaluable and made a very stressful time easy and enjoyable. Rhiannon met with us multiple times via zoom (my daughter lives in NC and we are in WA) and she was available for us continuously. There was no need to watch the clock as with many DJs- the price covers the entire event from setup to take down. I cannot express how thankful we are that we made the choice to choose Rhiannon for our wedding DJ/emcee!”
