COMAL is a gathering place located in Berkeley’s bustling Arts District, just north of the Downtown Berkeley BART Station. The restaurant is housed in a single-story building (circa 1927) and features a lush, secluded rear patio with a full bar, covered dining area, and al fresco beer garden with fire pit. Hold your event located on Treasure Island — Skyline Events offers a venue unlike any other with spectacular waterfront views of the San Francisco Skyline, Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the Bay Bridge. Oakland has always been a beer town. Once known as the "Milwaukee of the West,” it's a place where hard-working people gather to enjoy locally brewed, fresh beer. Founded in 2009 as Linden Street Brewery, we became the first community-based production brewery in Oakland since Golden West Brewery closed in the 1950s. In 2017, we moved to the Jack London District and rebranded as Oakland United Beerworks. Today, we are proud to continue The Town's great brewing tradition. We have a two tiered indoor space with the upper level mezzanine overlooking the brewery. Seating for approximately 70 people indoors with seating for another 40 people outdoors.

The Oakland Scottish Rite Center was completed in 1927, with over a thousand craftsmen working on the project. The construction cost was approximately $1.5 million. This was a sizeable sum at the time equivalent to about $22 million today. From ground breaking to completion the edifice was erected in just two years. This is the second temple in Oakland built from the ground up by the Scottish Rite Masonic fraternity since 1883, when it was first chartered in Oakland.

Located in the heart of Mill Valley, California, The Outdoor Art Club is a private, nonprofit women's organization formed in 1902. Over the years, the venue has become a popular destination for weddings with its beautiful grounds, perfectly manicured gardens, and intimate setting for indoor and outdoor events. It is a unique venue -- a building of architectural significance as well as a state and national landmark. Guests are greeted by the redwood logs, rustic pergola, and a welcoming porch.

A venue for group retreats or special events nestled in the slope of Mt. Tamalpais. Located on 43 acres in beautiful Mill Valley, California, the Ralston White Retreat was designed by one of San Francisco’s most prolific architects, Willis Polk. The retreat was completed in 1913 and was a wedding gift to Ruth Boericke, Ralston White’s bride. He named their home the “Garden of Allah” after a popular novel at the time.
