My wife and I got married in Princeton in August, and we hosted a dinner / welcome party at Ficus on a Friday evening. We cannot recommend it highly enough for an event! Every course of dinner was phenomenal, and it felt like we were getting 5-star quality food at a very reasonable price. The smoked salmon canapes, ratatouille, seabass, potato croquettes, desserts - all superb (and that's not even half of the things we ate!). The h'ors d'oeuvres were also delicious, and the service was extremely friendly - Quinta and the team were great to work with prior to the event as well. The space itself was perfect, with a good amount of room on the outdoor patio and plenty of space inside. (We had 80 people at the event). Perfect for folks who might be a little more COVID-cautious and prefer to eat outside. If you want to host an event in Princeton, Ficus is a great spot.

The Peacock Inn was the perfect charming venue for our post-wedding brunch. Julie was friendly and professional to coordinate with, responding to emails quickly to help plan the details. We booked out their cozy restaurant space for the morning after our wedding, and it was the perfect, warm setting for guests to relax and enjoy a delicious meal. The beautiful flowers out front and inviting interior matched the excellent food and service. Guests raved about what a nice time they had and in particular loved the french toast we ordered. We enthusiastically recommend The Peacock Inn for hosting a post-wedding brunch!

The quality of their work was truly magical - the space they transformed for our big day was dramatic and fun, setting the perfect mood for our spooky celebration. We hosted about 100 guests for wedding welcome drinks at Carreau Club and everyone had a blast! Our guests enjoyed casual petanque play and everyone was very impressed with the unique setting and the overall atmosphere, service, and vibes. The staff were very helpful teaching guests petanque rules and gameplay. Carreau Club was very flexible and accommodating, with several different options for food/bar packages and court/venue buyouts. Dana was a dream to work with. While I hope I never get married again, if I do, I would be sure to come back to Carreau Club -- let's play petanque!

Was hoping to get professional photos before leaving this review, but guest photos will suffice and I'll come back later with more. Shell's Loft was the perfect spot for our wedding and everything came together there so well with minimal stress! Steve and the entire Shell's Loft team responded to every phone call and email quickly, they were extremely flexible with our schedule, getting into the space, accommodating the deliveries and vendors, and went way above and beyond to help make the day come together. They were able to flex a little bit with the bar package so I could get one of my favorite cocktails on the menu, were happy to help us out with furniture, and at one point when we were dealing with an electrical issue (with our equipment, not there's) they even brought in an electrician to help us resolve it at the last minute! They have a roster of experienced vendors that we tapped into for lighting and music who knew the space well, worked quickly, and delivered an incredible experience to the guests. The sun came in through the skylights and large windows during the ceremony and when the sun went down and the lighting came on, the space absolutely came alive for the party. The pictures are great, but even they don't do it justice. Steve knows the area well and was helpful advising on parking, afterparty spots, had great ideas for food and dessert options, and was an all around enthusiastic collaborator. I could ramble about this further, but suffice to say, they do an exceptional job at being responsive and flexible, and they brainstormed and collaborated with us on ideas for the event and were happy to help us with solutions and access to vendors and experts.

We had our reception at the Pink Moon and it was incredible!! Rebecca was so helpful and responsive throughout the planning process and she and her team were so great day of. The space is really beautiful and just what we wanted for an intimate and lively party. It is so beautifully decorated, especially the floral mural, that it didn't really need much extra decoration from us. The sound system was great and easy to use too. The bridal party loved the suite upstairs to get ready and have a quiet moment in all the wonderful craziness. Really can't recommend the Pink Moon enough!!

We had our rehearsal dinner at Popina for a group of 30ish people and had an amazing time! Our experience working with Popina was fantastic from start to finish. They worked with us and were easy to communicate with. Most importantly, the menu options were incredible and the food was delicious! All of our guests were blown away by the food we were served and could not stop raving about it. We used the outdoor garden space which was beautiful! Most importantly, when a sudden summer storm him, we were able to be protected by the retractable roof and our event carried on without any issues. We are so thankful to the team at Popina for helping make our wedding weekend a wonderfully special one!

What an amazing venue. Grand but intimate, this venue offers the best of both worlds. It’s old world charm made this the perfect venue for my wife and I to celebrate our wedding. The hospitality team MMEink the runs the venue took care of everything thing for us from start to finish. MMEink took care of all the hospitality and production needs all the way down to the wedding favors which made planning an out of state wedding super easy. We got married at the Picnic House in April 2024 and had a great experience! It's a beautiful space that you can do a lot with. We really appreciated both having both the flexibility of choosing amongst a variety of vendors, as well as the assurance that given their experience with the venue that they'd be easy to work with day of (which was true- we had a very smooth wedding day!). We really appreciated working with Caity, who was very responsive over email and quick to pick up the phone. Our only struggle was in acquiring our parking passes (that was really the mail's fault) and in getting some answers early on regarding external alcohol policies. And I would say be very careful in selecting your caterer, since they'll make or break your experience. But overall I would absolutely recommend the Picnic House to anyone! The price really can't be beat for what you're getting.

We've been regulars at Wild East since they opened, so it was a no brainer for us to hold our wedding reception there. The space is beautiful and the team is wonderful and very easy to work with. Casey, in particular, was immensely helpful in guiding us through the process. We had approximately 85 guests for a seated dinner in the taproom; the adjacent cellar room was the perfect space for our caterer to set up the buffet. We were lucky to find an amazing DJ who kept everyone dancing throughout the night. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

As a preferred caterer at the Brooklyn Historical Society we work there very often and we love the professionalism of the team. The venue is very well maintained. It features an amazing library with a timeless decor, a beautiful entrance and more. The different spaces are great and can accommodate different event formats. The beautiful decor makes it a pleasure to work there! We've worked here for years which also makes it very easy for us to handle the venue requirements and ensure a seamless planning process for our clients. As we are located a few blocks away, it's very easy for us to handle the logistics there. The Brooklyn Historical Society team is very flexible and professional, the staff is friendly and accommodating. We had a beautiful wedding at the Prospect Park boathouse on 5/23/24! Everything went smoothly, thanks to the prep calls with Elena and the Purslane team. The setup of the venue was stunning, everyone raved about the food and the cocktails were so so good. We had the time of our lives - I’ll never forget the swans making a guest appearance too. Highly recommend for a seamless and fabulous wedding day!

My husband and I were looking for a high value, reasonably-priced venue in the Brookly area and we found it in DEITY. We were immediately impressed by DEITY wedding packages. We were able to find a package that best fit our vision and budget. It’s really hard to imagine that we could have gotten a better deal for our money anywhere else, especially when you consider that the tax is already baked in upfront without any hidden surprises. DEITY is amazing, we couldn’t have picked a better venue for our small and intimate wedding. The whole staff was very friendly and very accommodating, Anna our event coordinator was always very helpful and guided us with any questions we had. The food was excellent, the table setup was perfect with the family style setting. The Chef was so hospitable, he stopped by to make sure we were pleased with the food. The bottom line is, on the day of our event, DEITY showed up and executed flawlessly, from the decor, to the food, to the event management. We have been getting non-stop compliments from our friends and family about how awesome the wedding was and how much fun they had. We hosted a Friday night welcome event for our wedding at Sound Fury Brewery and it was the perfect choice. We worked with Natalie, who was absolutely incredible - she and her team handled everything. They helped us build the menu, handled all staffing, and helped with audio set up. As our vision changed and the event grew bigger, they worked with us to adjust and made sure we had everything we needed. We can't recommend them enough for hosting events. The food was good (especially the pizzas), their beers are fun, and the ambiance is great. They even customized the little sign outside the brewery for us - it was so sweet! Natalie was a super-star.

From the minute my fiance (now husband!) started looking at wedding venues, we knew we wanted something with a very NYC feel. Tribeca Rooftop was the second venue we looked at and we were sold. We cancelled all our other appointments and signed our contract for a June 2023 wedding. From the beginning of the wedding planning process, Donna was amazing to work with. I asked A LOT of questions and sent A LOT of emails and she always responded in a timely fashion and never made me feel as though I was being annoying (which I'm sure I was being haha). When it was about a month before our wedding, we were handed over to Andrew, who was equally incredible and helpful. On the day of our wedding, we worked with George as our attendant. George was the life of the party, always there to provide us with drinks when we were running low, and will always make sure your lipstick is on and people are where they need to be. George was THE BEST attendant we could have asked for, but I digress... The food: incredible- our cocktail hour was stunning and delicious. SO much food and everyone was raving about how delicious it alll was. The drinks: always flowing and made perfectly! Our bartenders were great and never had people waiting at the bar for their next round. The venue: I mean... STUNNING. Obviously. The staff: amazing! So kind, so helpful, helped really put us at ease throughout the whole process and helped keep our nerves calm on the day of our wedding. Overall: 20/10. Book your wedding here (and please invite us, we really want to be guests at a Tribeca Rooftop wedding)

We are so happy we found Celestine and could host our wedding there! When we first came across this venue, we instantly knew that it ticked all of our boxes. The views of the Manhattan Bridge and the downtown Manhattan skyline are gorgeous, the Mediterranean-style food is fantastic, and the staff is professional and attentive. We visited several times before the wedding to sample the menu and treat friends and family to a great time, and we were consistently impressed with the quality and the service. Working with the Celestine events team, Nisrine, Kirsten, and Krystle, was a breeze. During the entire period leading up to the wedding, we were in constant contact and had several meetings, which made us able to relax throughout the process, knowing that everything was completely under control. We had our separate day-of coordinator who integrated seamlessly with the Celestine team, and Krystle, our Celestine coordinator, on the wedding day. Once the big day came around, we could not have been more prepared and at ease. Everything worked and turned out as beautiful and perfect as we had hoped! Many of our guests have said (and are still telling us!) that this was one of the best weddings they have ever been to, with many of their compliments directed towards the venue, food, and staff. Among all the other wedding venues in DUMBO, Celestine stands out as a true gem. It has everything we could have wished for in a very intimate, beautiful setting that will leave memories for a lifetime and have us coming back for more!

After our Upper East Side ceremony, our wedding guests took the ferry to Dumbo and enjoyed the cocktail hour at Bridgepoint Rooftop. And while they loved the Dumbo Loft for our reception, I think the rooftop view was the hit of the day. This space is all marble inside and truly beautiful. Between that and the city views, we did basically zero decor for this space. There are some nice bistro lights already set up on the rooftop patio. There was plenty of space for our caterers to set up several food tables and our bartenders to set up a bar table. We brought in some hightop tables for both the indoor and outdoor spaces. There was potential for rain so we did have to book a tent at the last minute (unexpected, awful expense), but we ended up not needing it! Just be aware there is no awning or anything in the event of rain and we knew we'd have too many people for just the indoor space. The BK Venues folks were absolutely fantastic and communicative. They gave us a deal for booking both the Rooftop and Dumbo Loft! Bridgepoint Rooftop was amazing, and really added such a fun and special variety to the events of the day. Thanks BK Venues!!!
