When I asked about allergies, Shanna asked about the specific brands that worked for our family and made sure to only include menu items that fit our needs. On the day of our wedding, our guests LOVED Fat Zach’s menu and are still sending us messages about it! Our cocktail hour featured their charcuterie board, and my husband and I loved that the FZ team made us our own plate to enjoy a quiet moment together immediately following the ceremony. The NBD and CBR pizzas were a fan favorite on the buffet line and we really appreciated the extra pizzas that were left for us to enjoy after the Fat Zach’s team left the event.
