Preparing and serving slow smoked, expertly prepared Texas barbecue and rustic Italian inspired dishes is the greatest joy in my life. There are no short cuts in barbecue and that's what I love about it. We started Luongo Barbecue to glorify the Lord and grow the Kingdom of God. We use the business as a means to feed and serve the less fortunate in our community. After spending the last 30 years in Texas, 20 of those learning all things Texas barbecue, we are relocating to central Pennsylvania in January 2025 to begin working with family on the next chapter of Luongo Barbecue.

Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!

Our 1925 Model T, the Little Red Truck, is a fun, interactive way of serving a variety of beverages on tap – everything from beer, wine, and sparkling wine, to craft cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. We offer completely custom packages designed specifically for our clients’ tastes and the unique needs of their celebration and venue. In addition to the little red truck, we offer two tap barrels and a tap bicycle - perfect for showers and more intimate celebrations.
