I cannot say enough good things about this venue. Their space is beautiful and their food is incredible. But the underrated asset to this venue is how organized and accommodating they were. The weeks leading up to my wedding they were so organized in letting me know what I still needed and helped me in any way possible. I'm still speechless about how incredible they were the day of. They coordinated absolutely everything and were constantly making sure the groom and I were having a good time and wrapped up so much food for us, they truly went above and beyond. If you want your day to go well and to have fun at your wedding, book this place.

Robert was a wonderful place to have a reception, with Kristi as a fantastic event manager and Richard as day-of coordinator. They were incredibly helpful and professional, and quick to answer all of our questions as the day came nearer and set up a tasting to help choose our menu. Also of course the space is beautiful, the decorations perfect, the views amazing, and the food absolutely delicious. We got many rave reviews from our guests of the food! They easily had an open bar, live piano, and cocktail hour with activities after dinner. They were very accommodating and helped us with table set up, activities, cake cutting, a screen for photos, and house music. Would strongly recommend it as a place to host any event as there were no hiccups at all. We are very glad we managed to snag it for our wedding!

They know how to execute a great event, where to provide flexibility, and how to coach couples through the planning process. Carissa recommended a florist who knew the venue, which was also super helpful. The team was responsive to our needs and questions throughout the planning process. We had an amazing weekend and event at Felina. From the moment we arrived in the bridal suite, the team was extremely attentive, thoughtful, and organized. The attention to detail day of was a wonderful contrast to their more hands-off approach to the pre-planning. I cannot recommend the Amber Room enough. Everyone there is truly amazing and the food was delicious! From the planning process all the way through to the day of the wedding, we were supported and felt like a priority. Katie was amazing and so helpful through the planning process and significantly reduced our stress! All of our requests were accommodated and executed to perfection. Our banquet manager, Ashley, who ran the rehearsal and made sure the wedding day went smoothly, was also amazing. Ashley has a wonderful personality and made sure everything was perfect for us. All of the staff on the day of the wedding were friendly, helpful, and professional. I am truly sad that I won’t be communicating with the Amber room staff on a regular basis anymore as over the last 10 months of wedding planning, they have felt more like family. I know for a fact that without the staff, our day would not have nearly been as perfect as it was!

Quite honestly, my family and friends are *still* waxing poetic about their big night out in midtown. This venue absolutely elevated the experience of everyone who attended. We had several high profile attendees from out of town who mentioned more than once that they were "completely blown away by Albert's". My guests who were local were equally impressed. This venue made us look as cool as we think we are ;) Run, don't walk, to secure your wedding space with Albert's. We just got married in January 2020 and were lucky enough to find the Library Hotel in our venue search. Our wedding had 25 guests and was the most wonderful intimate wedding on their enclosed rooftop 14th floor area. The Poetry Garden was the perfect ceremony location with beautiful outdoor views and gorgeous lighting, while the Writer's Den was wonderful for our reception, right on the same floor with a long single table set up, enough room to dance, and was a beautiful space to begin with so we didn't need to do much to decorate. Margo was a dream to work with, always communicative and so helpful on the day of. No need to hire a DOC here -- Margo went above and beyond to help us set up, handle delivery with vendors, pass on our tips, coordinate our music timing, etc. The waitstaff and bar team were absolutely amazing, and the lead bartender was very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. The rooms at the hotel were gorgeous and the staff left us presents in the form of chocolate and champagne on our wedding day. The outdoor patio was available for us to take pictures in the middle of the winter while it was snowing and you can see the New York Public Library from there. I highly recommend this space for anyone looking for an intimate wedding venue wiith catering and bar provided in-house. We visited a few other venues and none compared.

This past August, my daughter Sheraden chose to get married in the vibrant city of New York. For us, it was a destination wedding, as we live just outside another great city, Toronto, Canada. The venue itself was perfect for our big day. It’s a rustic raw space, but the wood and brick finishes make it warm and inviting. I docked a star because they tried to pull one over on us. When we first booked, they sent a brochure that clearly stated the venue included chiavari chairs, however, when we checked in to confirm the furniture inventory, we were told they never had chiavari chairs and I must be mistaken. When I sent the screenshot and the email with the brochure, they had no explanation. So, I will say this— it’s a nice space, but beware of false advertising.
