We are the Boswell family. Wolf Run Acres is concept that came about after hosting our daughters weddings and struggling to find the country setting they wanted. After hosting one on this site under a tent we rented, we decided this is a beautiful setting for a wedding venue. We wanted to give our guests a beautiful dream country wedding, but design it to be more industrial and modern and less rustic than comparable venues. Our hope is to give each couple, a unique, beautiful setting while ensuring they have the wedding of their dreams. We work with each couple from the time we meet them through their day, making sure we meet all their needs and coordinating with their vendors to ensure they have as stress free and enjoyable day as possible.

We welcome guests who are planning a wedding, family reunion, graduation, corporate outing, or any other type of celebration. We have a large tent (20 ft. x 100 ft.) on a concrete pad for outdoor events and climate-controlled restroom facilities. The restroom building also has a separate dressing room area. A large pavilion is also available to serve as an area to serve food and beverage. A pergola with a large concrete area is available for the wedding ceremony. We are constructing a 10,000 sq. ft. indoor event center with a January, 2023 estimated completion date. It will include a catering area, bar, bridal suite, additional restrooms and a large patio area next to the pond.

The Warren County Fairgrounds has a rich history of agricultural exhibitions and community events over 160 years. As we move forward with the redevelopment of the Grounds, we hope to preserve this heritage while building a dynamic future that will allow future generations to create and enjoy memories not only of the County Fair but of numerous special events and celebrations year-round. Together we will create the wedding you always dreamed of.

We have multiple locations and flexible options for any kind of weather. We cater to low-stress, common sense, and reasonably priced weddings by having everything pre-decorated for you, you just need to provide your colors and personal items. We take care of set up and take down, provide all tables, chairs, linens, and we even offer a variety of misc. wedding items that you may borrow. We do not have any food or drink restrictions, so you can bring your own drinks and choose the caterer of your choice. Call to discuss which location may be best suited to your needs

Our venue is seated on 65 beautiful and secluded acres. We have three ponds, alpacas, goats, and beautiful forestry. We are able to set up your wedding in many different locations on the property to tailor it to your specific style. We also include packages that offer photography with the livestock.

The Magnolia Estate first started as an idea that we planned out on a napkin, and since has flourished into a beautiful and intimate space. With private dressing rooms for the bridal party, charming gazebos, and heated and air-conditioned reception pavilions, we’ve designed The Magnolia Barn and Rosewood Manor to accommodate all of your needs.

The Retreat at Evans Farms is a beautiful, lush 700 acre farm located between Springfield and Dayton with a little over an hour drive from Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio. Alton Farmstead is a naturally-beautiful, relaxed, convenient and affordable place to host your big day! On the west/southwest edge of Columbus, it is currently a working flower farm. The farm was originally a dairy farm, and has multiple historic barns that have been updated to accommodate events. This English Manor Country Home, built in 1920, features outstanding indoor and outdoor areas including an elaborate back terrace and custom deck overlooking a wooded ravine. Two distinctive rooms in the massive stone building provide space for special event activities and displays. Say “I do” in the native plant-inspired Haile Pillar Garden, then move to the Tritsch Terrace for a memorable reception surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. The stunning wooded views, professional native landscaping and historical features, make this a perfect setting for any event. This is a very private area including a private parking lot. Built in 1920, and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2016, the impressive Groesbeck Estate includes a pillar garden, interior metal artwork from Marie Zimmerman, and an expansive greenhouse with a historic stone house.

We have 4 beautiful banquet rooms that over look the golf course. With a covered patio called the terrace room. All the rooms open up to each other. We can hold up to 175 guests. We provide all catering through our in house chef. We provide all services, food, bar, set-up, tear down, linens, napkins and China, staffing and bartenders. All you have to bring is a DJ, dessert, photographer, minister, and florist. We also provide you with an event coordinator for the entire day. Along with rehearsal scheduled the day before your wedding.

The Oscar Event Center and The Oscar Station both offer a one of a kind experience. The Oscar Event Center's Spacious ballroom and lounge areas offer rustic and elegant decor. With wood, brick walls, exposed beams, and high ceilings. The Oscar Station offers a more industrial look showcasing a stunning hand crafted bar, open air patio and a beautifully landscaped lawn area. Golf Club of Dublin offers the only true links golf experience in the Midwest and features fescue turf, stacked stone walls, over 70 hand stacked sod face bunkers and water detention areas on just about every hole.The greens are enormous, square shaped and very fast.
