Welcome to The Mitten Building! Originally constructed in 1890 as the Haigh Citrus Packing House, the building later operated as the Mitten Letter Factory from 1940 to 1980. Today, thanks to the current owners’ dedication to preserving its historical charm, the space boasts original brick walls, exposed rafters, and rich wood details. Since 2000, our family has proudly hosted a wide range of events in its versatile spaces, including the multi-level Main Room, the cozy basement Speakeasy Bar, and the Summerbell Room with its enchanting Garden Patio. Originally built as a livery and then used as a cold-storage warehouse, Millwick has reinvented itself as a unique stand alone, super-loft open to private events, outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions, exhibitions and productions. It now boasts a flowing 7,000 square foot floor plan (4,500 sq ft interior + 2,500 sq ft garden courtyard) melding both interior and exterior areas. Millwick is an excellent event venue and wedding site for up to 175 people for ceremonies and receptions. Located in downtown Los Angeles in the heart of the Arts District, Millwick is convenient to many of the best new and historic hotels, restaurants and nightlife the city has to offer.

The WWOO Venue is a bespoke wedding venue located in El Segundo, CA. This unique venue offers a beautiful combination of outdoor and indoor spaces to couples celebrating their special day. The venue boasts a modern industrial design and has all the facilities needed to create an unforgettable wedding day experience. The dedicated team at The WWOO Venue prides themselves on their attention to detail, and they promise to collaborate closely with each couple to make their wedding vision a reality. The WWOO Venue caters to small to medium size weddings with capacity for up to 175 guests. The 4000 square-foot space is available for all aspects of wedding celebrations, from the rehearsal dinner to the wedding reception and day-after brunch. This delightful venue is easily accessible from the 405 and 105 Freeways, has excellent disabled access, and there is free WiFi throughout.

We can accommodate parties as small as 30 people or up to big bashes with 300 people. Our friendly staff is always ready to help with what you need. Our venue started as a music recording studio. We still have several studios that operate Monday through Friday. The event business was born out of people coming into the recording studios and asking if they could throw a party in our space and one thing led to another. We love hosting all different kinds of events from weddings, to parties, fundraisers, film shoots, and even the occasional small concert.

South Bay Customs is located in the heart of El Segundo, 10 minutes from LAX. Our eclectic, cozy, industrial space provides all you could want for a memorable wedding. We have hundreds of antique and one of a kind art pieces, a full turn-key stage, and the best lights in the area. We also have a wonderful outdoor area with comfortable furniture for your guests.
