The Barns at Edgemont Inn consists of a 4400-square-foot custom-built event barn which, together with the historic Edgemont Inn and on-site lodging, sits on 20 acres of verdant hillside in the scenic Champlain Valley. Lodging that accommodates up to 23 people. The surrounding acreage contains a sweep of peaceful farmland and hardwood forest, etched by an old-fashioned stone fence. “We got married here back in October and we can’t recommend it enough. Great location, plenty of parking, bridal suite right on-site and beautiful views. The owner (Ceci) and manager (Denise) were amazing and were so helpful the entire way through. All our expectations were met and then some. “Booking with The Wedding Foundry at Liberty View Farm is the best thing my husband and I have ever done. We were looking to have a small intimate wedding, but every venue tour we did still had a 75-100 person minimum and required a large cost requirement for catering. Then I happened upon The Wedding Foundry when researching micro weddings. We had one phone call with Billiam and immediately signed the contract, without even viewing the venue first. As a bride, the fact that they were including the venue, the officiant, photography, florals and catering was the best thing ever. It took so much stress off of me while planning this wedding, as I did not have to run around to different vendors. Billiam and Erica were extremely communicative and really took the time to learn what we were looking for. Day of, Billiam and his day of coordinator Cathy made sure the day ran perfectly. We were absolutely blown away from how beautiful our venue was. The florals they created made our wedding look like a fairy tale. Our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. Erica was an absolute pro with photography, really taking her time with my husband and I for our portraits. Throughout the night she made sure to capture every moment. Erica sent teasers to us within a week of our wedding and the photos are beautiful. The officiant, Michele, was amazing. She created the most personalized and beautiful ceremony that fit us perfectly. We loved how she included a hand-fasting ceremony as well. Multiple guests approached us to let us know that there was not a single dry eye during our ceremony. The Wedding Foundry truly created our perfect day. We are so happy with our intimate wedding, we had 46 of our closest friends and family and everyone truly enjoyed the day. “Birch Hill was the best venue for us! From day 1 the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We really didn't have many ideas to start and didn't know where to start but Jessica was a HUGE help to us. She was patient and used her experience to help guide us but making sure we got exactly what we wanted. When Jessica was unavailable, other staff member (Joanne, Sarah, etc.) quickly and willingly stepped in to give us a hand. On the day of, it couldn't have gone any smoother. All of the staff (Jessica, Rebecca, Will, Serena, etc.) were extremely helpful making sure we got where we needed, things were in place, food and drinks were served to us, etc. I cant even list everything that have done for us! The space is large and able to fit our 10 piece band, 175 guests with 16 tables, plus a sweetheart table without feeling crammed.”
