Established in 2017. Three Portland beer industry veterans decided to open a brewery. In addition to delicious beer brewed on site we have a large, dog friendly year round beer garden and three awesole food trucks on site! We pride ourselves on being very family friendly!

University Place Hotel and Conference Center has event facilities for groups as small as 5 and as large as 280. Our 8,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space includes 10 meeting rooms and a recently renovated 3,792-square-foot ballroom. We schedule events year-round. Our maximum capacity is 300 guests. Lakeside Gardens is both a beautiful and productive setting for every event. Evenings at Lakeside Gardens are gorgeous year round. At night, the grounds twinkle with lights lining the bridges and outlining the roof. The Beacon-Seaside is a spacious venue, which turned 100 years old in 2020. It is located in the heart of downtown Seaside, Oregon, underwent a 5 and a half year transformation. The renovation was completed in 2019. The original floor was preserved, creating warmth and elegance to enhance your special event. You'll be a close walk to the beach, just 4 and a half blocks away. Many hotels, restaurants, and other attractions are near. We offer catering and bar options as well as set up and clean up for additional costs.

Guests at Ironlight transition between indoor and outdoor spaces through sliding glass doors opening onto two separate rooftop terraces. An enclosed glass lobby welcomes guests into the building. Ironlight accommodates guests indoors with the ability to create custom intimate gathering areas within the space. The site of Risley Landing Gardens was held by the Risley family for over 100 years. In 1983, it was donated to the Oak Grove Garden Club by Hugh G. Starkweather (the grandson of Jacob S. Risley) and William Starkweather. William was the son of Harvey Starkweather, a prominent legislator and educator. Mr. Starkweather wanted the site to be a memorial park in honor of his mother and sisters. A bronze plaque dedicated to them is implanted on the wall of the Landing.
