The first of three Mercer buildings in Doylestown, Fonthill served as a showplace for Mercer’s famed Moravian tiles. Designed by Mercer, the building is an eclectic mix of Medieval, Gothic, and Byzantine architectural styles. Rental includes the tables, chairs full size screen if you would like to plan a photo montage, small patio, portico, lobby with fireplace and the largest dance floor in Howard County. Loads of free parking and is handicapped accessible. We can accommodate Corporate Events as well as both a Wedding Ceremony and Reception. Ten Oaks Ballroom has two award winning caterers for you to choose from and are an integral part of the Ten Oaks Ballroom Rental Agreement. Our caterers will provide the linens, crystal, china, service, etc. to create a memorable event.

Greenbank is a beautiful setting for your DIY event, with historic charm and a natural outdoor setting by the Red Clay Creek. You’ll want to plan hours before and after your event for setup/decorating and cleanup. You can choose to rent in smaller blocks of time using our Standard Package or take advantage of our Wedding Package: it provides access to the site across two days to allow for stress-free setup, deliveries, rehearsals, photographs, and event preparations, plus cleaning services and other special accommodations.
