Major changes are happening in downtown Marshall as the long-vacant building at 112 N. Eagle Street transforms. The new Venue 19 Zero 9, named after Schuler’s founding year in 1909, will occupy the historic Dreamers Furniture store, blending Schuler’s legacy with modern elegance for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. The venue will feature a reception room for 250 guests, intimate seating areas, bridal quarters, large restrooms, and three boutique hotel rooms. Schuler’s Restaurant will provide exclusive catering for exceptional culinary experiences.

Port 393 is a new luxury event space in Holland, MI. We have a customizable floor plan and even a rooftop where you and your guests can witness views of Lake Macatawa. Port 393 has a main level reception space with a full bar and catering kitchen, along with a second floor containing a cocktail hour area, full bar & garage door access to the sky view rooftop lounge. Port 393 has a list of catering partners for every event, within every price range making it easy to find amazing vendors! Port 393 is currently booking weddings on Thursday - Sunday. Rental price includes day before event to set up, event day and day after to tear down. Tables and chairs for 130 provided. Access to museum property for ceremony and pictures. Camping available for guests at an extra cost. Wedding couple camp free. Not available during museum events which include second weekend in June, and from Labor Day to third weekend in September.
