Established in 1967, Lake Pines began as a 20-site, family-operated campground in rural East Columbus, GA. An old barn served as the site's recreation center, hosting many covered dish dinners, parties, and square dances. Since that time, the owners, Connie and Kenny McCutchen, have poured their love of event planning and the great outdoors into the Lake Pines Event Center. Here, you will find a wonderful venue filled with stained glass windows, antiques, and rustic beauty that can’t be found anywhere else in the area. Lake Pines Event Center wants to help you bring your vision to life, so we offer the freedom of using your own vendors or ones we recommend. We’ll always remember that it’s your special day.
