Shepherd Run Estate Helped deliver everything We wanted for our Wedding. The Coordinator helped take care of everything so we didn't have to worry about anything except walking down the aisle. We didn't have a big budget and they worked with us. We had plenty of time without feeling rushed. They helped set everything up and made sure the caterer and cakes got set up with no problems. I couldn't have been more thankful for Everything they did. The Venue had great places to take Pictures and the Bridal Suite was much bigger than we thought! My Groom and groomsmen really enjoyed the Wolfs Den also. I don't think i can say enough good things about this place. I can't recommend a better Place! Shepherd Run Estate! Book THEM!

We had the most perfect wedding at WWR. The venue itself is on a beautiful backdrop on the Texas countryside. The venue owners are very hands on and are very responsive. They are reasonably priced and offer so many suggestions to have a beautiful event for any budget. Donna sent us a list of recommended vendors that helped us to find an amazing photographer. She was our DOC and was so helpful the day of the wedding. I almost didn't have to think about anything on the day of because she handled all of it. We had an outdoor wedding in June, but the shaded ceremony cite made the heat bearable. All of our guests said that they were totally fine in the shade during the ceremony. Guests even continued to hangout in the shade after the reception started.

The best part was BYOB and inclusion of premium quality linen, runners and liberty to decorate as needed. The venue can easily hold 75-100 people with place to have a dance floor. Darrell is one of the best people I have worked with. Always smiling and helpful. The entire staff was more than accommodative of our needs. It is in historic downtown McKinney and keeps with the beauty of the downtown as well. I am so happy I choose this place for my reception.

Yvonne is just a pleasure to work with... very easy to talk to. Willow Pond Venue is an amazing new venue, with lots of flexibility. If the weather is nice, the reception hall has huge bay doors that can open up to the outside, with a beautiful view of the ceremony site and the pond surrounded by trees. There is also a courtyard area that is conveniently located right near the reception hall, and the other building with Bride/Groom suites. And the parking is right in front of the building, so everything is very close by with paved sidewalks, and that makes set-up and breakdown a breeze! I would highly recommend sending Yvonne a message and scheduling a tour to discuss your upcoming event.

My husband and I fell in love with this place when we first saw it and the pricing is great for everything they include! We didn’t to bring too much decor because the venue itself is already gorgeous and they already have some decor for use! The bar was awesome, didn’t need to worry about it and the pricing was also very good. Becky was great at helping everything move along on the day of. Overall, highly recommend this venue. Our wedding was beautiful and had that intimate feel we were wanting.

We have two beautiful ballrooms to host the wedding reception of your dreams! The Chapel attendant is present to set up the chapel for the wedding, set up the sound system and instruct your vendors on usage, and to oversee the facility. They will be happy to provide limited guidance and answer any questions you may have about the rehearsal or processional. If you desire full-scale coordination you are welcome to provide a planner or even a friend with experience to manage the flow of your wedding ceremony.

Studio E is a wonderful little hidden gem in downtown Denton. I rented the venue to do a tasting event. We turned this little venue into a speakeasy/art gallery. The exposed brick walls gives you a very retro chic vibe. The owner herself is also very laid-back. The whole experience was easy/no stress at all! The owner was also around to make sure that everything went smoothly. Parking: you can park across the street in the paid parking or there’s parking along the street since it is downtown Denton. Food and alcohol: no fussing with required catering companies that don’t make the food that you like. You can bring your own food and your own alcohol. She does have a movable bar stand that can be placed anywhere within the venue.

We really do appreciate everything Kaleigh C. did for us! She made this process SOOOO much easier for us. She asked the number 1 thing we wanted for this wedding and we said “NO STRESS”. She seriously made that happen! I'm the planner of the family and I don't remember ever being able to just go to an event and enjoy it. I truly got to enjoy the best day of my life and I have Kaleigh to thank for that! If you’re looking for a venue to host a smaller wedding under 100 people, then this is the PERFECT venue for you! Chapel at Ana Villa was an amazing venue. My husband and I chose this place for the Mediterranean feel and the pews that the chapel had. When you walk in to the wedding venue you are just stunned by the beauty of the entire venue (reception room, cocktail hour, ceremony room and the bride and groom suites). The staff was nothing short of amazing as well. Everyone was so accommodating and extremely helpful throughout the entire process from getting started and picking our venue to our big day. We had a planning representative assigned to us at the beginning (Newshaw Varta) and she helped us get into all the food tastings and took us on tours of all the venues that WWE has to offer. Once we chose a venue, we were assigned to Chelsea Sproles, who did a fantastic job getting our profile/dashboard up and running with invoices/contracts, etc. She answered all questions that we had and was very helpful. Once we got further down the path and with how busy the staff is, we were assigned to Sydnee who helped us the rest of the way. Sydnee was AMAZING...she helped us with all questions we had and helped us get additional add ons added, finalized our big day and was with us by our side through the entire process. The communication that the whole staff had was impeccable, through email and text. Once everything was finalized for our big day, we were assigned to Kadia Kice whom helped us with rehearsal and our big day. Kadia did such an amazing job and had lots of patience with our big rowdy group. Kadia was very laid back and made sure to touch all the important items for the day of. On the day of, she was right by my side asking if we needed anything several times and making sure all was turning out okay. She kept us on time throughout the whole event and we couldn't be more grateful to have such a great staff to help us along the way. The staff really helped us to enjoy our big day and not have any of the horror stresses that you would typically hear about on wedding day. The catering team was amazing and had food ready right on the dot, everyone who attended though the food was AMAZING and very tasty. The florist, Tina, did an incredible job from the 1st day planning to the final day with all staff showing up on time and not running into any issues. Jenny, did our 4 tiered cake with 2 flavors and the cake literally melted in your mouth. We had cinnamon swirl (tasted like a cinnamon roll) and a new flavor they brought on (strawberry champagne). We had also asked for a cascade of flowers to be on the cake and it turned out BEAUTIFUL. The DJ on our day of was INCREDIBLE. We had playlists for ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception and he did a great job feeling the vibe of the crowd and having fun. The bartenders do only come with 1 so I suggest that you get 2 (depending on your final count). Everyone was very satisfied with the timing on getting drinks a the bar. Everyone at our wedding had the absolute time of their lives and had great things to say about the staff involved and how amazing our wedding turned out. I can't stress this enough..if you are looking for a wedding venue, PLEASE keep Walters Wedding Estates (WWE) in mind through your search. The staff makes it so seamless and let's you enjoy your engagement. We were very hands off during this time and we couldn't be more grateful.

We went on a wedding tour of the Olana given by Calla and it was an incredible experience. She was very patient and polite and took the time get to know us before giving a grand fabulous tour of this enormous one of a kind property. She also provided very interesting history of the Olana. Every wedding questions we had Calla had a detailed answer to. The videos and photos on social media of this location do not do this place justice. It is a must visit!

Our wedding was truly the most magical day! Barnett Estates was one of the first and only venues we toured because we absolutely fell in love. Weddings can be extremely expensive and we were worried about finding a beautiful venue that was in our budget. For the price point you get access to SO many different decorations that most venues don’t offer. Not to mention that the venue itself is stunning. After booking with them a lot of the stress is immediately taken away as they help you through every step of the way and are quick to respond if you reach out with any questions or concerns. We ended up booking with a lot of the vendors that they recommended and I’m so happy we did! The DJ was AMAZINGLY upbeat and kept the party going all night. The food they offered was delicious and we received so many compliments on it! The cake that we got through their bakery was delicious and they were super accommodating to allergies by offering a gluten free cake as well. The sparklers and fireworks we got for our grand entrance made us feel like we were in a fairy tale. The photographer they recommended didn’t miss a single moment and the photos ended up turning out beautiful. The day of the wedding we did have a small hiccup that caused our grand entrance time to be delayed but they were quick to get it sorted with minimal disruption. The rest of the day went off without a hitch and everything came together perfectly. Weeks later we still have friends and family telling us how it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and a lot of that is thanks to Barnett Estates. Overall we could not recommend Barnett Estates enough. Thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams!
