The Graham & Co. is a 19 room boutique hotel in Phoenicia, a small hamlet in the Catskill region of New York State. Inspired by the heritage of the Catskills, the Graham & Co. is a modern take on the classic weekend getaway. We are located at the foot of Hunter Mountain and just two blocks off of Phoenicia’s main street, approximately 2.5 hours from New York City. Only 20 minutes away from Woodstock, 40 minutes from Kingston and an hour from Hudson. The hotel is close to many outdoor activities: hiking, fishing, tubing and skiing as well as local wineries, breweries, antiques, shopping and art galleries, The Graham & Co. is a perfect destination for any time of the year!

Peak season is considered mid May through the end of October and requires a minimum of 120 guests and a maximum of 200 guests. Off peak season is considered November through Mid May with a maximum of 90 guests. We can help you with your vendor selection, your wedding décor, your guests’ accommodations, and anything else in between. If you can imagine it, we can help create it at your wedding. Our venue allows for endless possibilities. A rehearsal dinner in our brewery the night before. A ceremony down by the Neversink River. A cocktail hour in our Art Gallery. A reception in our Event Center for wedding sizes of 80 guests or less, or a reception underneath a clear tent on our Event Center grounds for wedding sizes up to 120 guests.

This historic Japanese garden and summer cottage were built at the turn of the last century. A private estate spanning 125 acres of gardens, fields, streams, mountains and trails, it has remained in the same family all this time. The garden is recognized as an important example of the Japanese “strolling” garden from that era. Because the estate remains in private hands, it is made available by the family for special occasions on a limited basis (2-3 ceremonies per year) The venue includes the Japanese garden and the surrounding meadows and fields. If you are looking for a location for a formal wedding ceremony and reception or a destination wedding site for enjoyment with guests over a long weekend of fun, hiking, fly-fishing etc., this venue offers rare access to an exclusive, one-of-a-kind destination. We have partnered with the Frost Valley YMCA to provide lodging with hotel like accommodations and transportation for wedding parties to and from the estate.

Callicoon Hills is best suited for an entire weekend of wedding events. Greet your guests with an early evening cocktail and rehearsal reception on our porch overlooking activities on the lawn. Catch up over coffee or a morning mimosa. Experience nearby recreation, small towns, or just relax. Spend your evenings in the bar or by the fire pits. Then plan your Ceremony and Reception by making the Barn your own. Before you leave, spend the day by the pool to top off an unforgettable weekend. We typically host Barn events May thru October for up to 200 guests, although more may be accommodated with flexible seating arrangements. Our banquet room can hold up to 100 guests for a seated event all year round.

The Altamont Manor, a gracious 1894 restored Victorian manor, offers the perfect setting for your wedding. A private, secluded location with formal gardens, spacious landscaped surroundings, and a spacious dining room with floor to ceiling windows providing beautiful views, all make for an enchanted wedding. Over our many years here, we've restored both the building and it's surroundings. From rebuilding the hundred foot long wrap-around porch, reclaiming long abandoned gardens and planting new ones, we've created a private secluded setting available to share with you all of life's celebrations.
