Food First Events & Catering Co. came to life in 2005 when our Chef and owner, David Gussin graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, Ca. Chef Gussin went on to work in the kitchens of James Beard Award & Michelin Star chefs. Chef Gussin’s resume includes heading up some of LA's hottest restaurants as their Executive Chef including: STK, Fig & Olive, Akasha and Cleo -- not to mention our dedicated sushi chef studied under chef Katsuya.
