Welcome. We are Southern California’s most unique Wood-Fired Pizza Catering Company. We bring an exceptional outdoor food experience, with our wood fired oven and our 100% wood-fired menu. All of our food offerings, curated by Chef Thomas, are cooked in our customized mobile wood-fired oven. All of our ingredients are locally sourced from California, as we pride ourselves on taking the time necessary to find the best possible ingredients, and close to home.

Quite different from a large pizza truck, we are a small wood-fired oven on wheels, capable of being placed just about anywhere. Since we do all of our cooking on-site, you will enjoy all of our food hot, fresh, and directly from our woodfired oven. Having such a small operation, with such high capacity, allows us the ability to cater all of the important occasions in your life.

    Fire & Wood Catering caught our eye for a picturesque desert wedding in Indio. Our guests raved about the selection and quality of their food. Communication was excellent, and the presentation added to the beauty of our setup. I should add that we as the couple even goofed on the exact day of services however they were quick to adjust and we are extremely thankful. They get our highest of recommendations for any future events.

    Fire and wood was one of the most memorable things about my whole wedding. Everyone loved the food! My roots are in the east coast, so when I read about Chef Thomas and saw his food photos, I was drooling with anticipation. I loved what he had to offer on his catering menu but I challenged him to make a few fun twists for me. My close family and friend from NYC/NJ gave it all a chef’s kiss approval. I went home with leftovers and my hubby and I relived the moments for a week! 10/10

    Everyone absolutely LOVED all of the food that Thomas and his crew provided. Everyone has told me that the Chicken Parmesan Sliders were the best food they have ever eaten. Book them and you and your guests will be SO happy! (Also, any pizza that was left over they put in boxes for us to eat at the end of the night)
