Recently refurbished, this family-friendly location has beautiful views of the club’s immaculate fairway and surrounding countryside. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to illuminate your celebration before the sun goes down over the golf course. From the moment you enter Larimar, you will be captured by its spectacular sparkling crystal lighting, unique designer mirrors, soft couch and chairs by the fireplace, flowing sheer drapes, white velvet tablecloths and neutral palate tones. You will Begin to feel your emotions swirl while looking through glass walls, which lead to Larimar’s heated wrap around porch descending to a stone patio that features an outdoor gas fire pit overlooking the beautifully manicured lawns and gardens.

We have two banquet rooms. The larger of the two, the Berkshire room, has a capacity of 100-350 (minimum of 150 on a Saturday and 100 on any other day of the week). The smaller of the two, the Westfield room, has a capacity of 50-150 people (minimum of 100 people on a Saturday and 50 any other day of the week). We also have a beautiful outdoor ceremony space with the option to host an inside ceremony as well.

This stunning property can host up to 250+ guests and features a gazebo for cocktail hour, spacious lawns for yard games, and new ceremony building! Wyndcrest Estate Venue is set up a bit differently, which is something we pride ourselves on! We are exclusive in the sense that we host only one wedding a weekend and we give wedding parties the entire weekend to enjoy their big day! This includes the day before for set up and rehearsal, the day of for the event, and the day after for cleanup. Additionally, onsite housing allows for the parties to gather throughout the entire weekend. We do not have a preferred list of caterers, in order to allow you to chose however you would like to celebrate your wedding. We also allow special requests such as dogs, bounce houses, mobile bars, etc.

Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. Now, a century later, The Boylston Rooms retains the integrity of the 1814 original mill in every brick and beam. Our rental includes planners and decor at no added cost.
