The buildings were initially used by oil companies as a “pumping station” and later became a famous place of fellowship for those in the community due to its Artesian Water Well. It became the community “swimming hole” according to many of the locals and remains a historical marker for the community and its residents. House Estate, one of Texas’s premier wedding facilities, is centered around a lovingly restored 1890’s Victorian mansion (above). Set on 18 acres close to Houston, its lakes and views are stunning. Every event is allocated a complete day and a dedicated coordinator is on-site during the entire event. Weddings in the mansion take place in the glass-walled Grand Room – which quickly transforms for dining and dancing. Weddings at the gazebo take advantage of the lakes and grounds, using the Great Hall for dining and dancing.

We are a unique, family-owned and -operated wedding and event venue located on 10 acres, just 5 miles East of The Woodlands.
