It is easily transformed to match your vision and we have a wide selection of in house decor rentals as well. PHOENIX is edgy, hip, artsy and modern. No dusty country club vibes, but a lively and vibrant space to dance the night away. Then, if you’re having your ceremony here (and most couples do), your family and friends will be ushered through Craftsman-styled double wooden doors to the serene South Patio. This beautiful, crescent-shaped flagstone space wraps around one entire side of the building and features a Zen-like border of Japanese maples, native plants and graceful oaks. Handcrafted ceramic urns are integrated throughout and serve as artful and calming water features. You can opt to exchange vows in front of those wooden entry doors, or take full advantage of the patio’s pièce de résistance and say “I do” beneath an asymmetrical canvas canopy. Our 3000 square foot space is located in the historic Cotton Mill district of Oakland. Just off the 880 freeway, Flowhouse is located just east of Brooklyn Basin and directly opposite the Embarcadero Cove pier. We have two beautiful dance studios that can be used for dancing as well as dinner set up. One studio can also be used as dressing room area. We also have a beautiful living room and lobby area that can be used for a buffet set up, receiving area, and cocktail area.

Pier 27 offers two industrial-chic event spaces perfect for wedding celebrations ranging from 100 up to 800. The City View Room (23,000 square feet), offers views of the iconic Bay Bridge and floor-to-ceiling windows facing downtown San Francisco. The Coit Room, also on the upper level, and connected to the City View Room, offers views of the Bay Bridge and floor-to-ceiling windows facing downtown San Francisco. The Coit Room is the perfect room for a wedding ceremony or a more intimate wedding reception. Alternatively, say your nuptials on the Embarcadero Room (lower level) with an unobstructed backdrop of the San Francisco Bay and Bay Bridge. Welcome. Built-in 1886 for William and Bertha Haas, the House is an exuberant example of Queen Anne-style architecture. The Haas and Lilienthal families occupied the house until 1973.
