Beautiful location, especially if you're having some out of town people that haven't been to the desert before! The staff always picked up the phone to answer any & all of my questions we had & same with emails. I felt at ease being an out of state bride. They provided a variety of packages to choose from, which I believe all have a day of coordinator (sooo helpful!!). We had 180 people & the reception hall was pretty full, but we had a 20x20 LED dance floor in the middle, which did take up space. Plenty of food options & tastings you could do!

Day of the wedding the owner Grae was amazing! She kept the bride and groom fed and hydrated, and made sure everything ran as planned. Could have done it without her.

The staff used the drawn examples I provided to set up the tables and decor beautifully, so I had no worries as the bride. Where to begin? We are so happy we scouted out this venue when we did and we gate-kept it for as long as we could but nothing can stop an incredible place like this from getting popular. This is seriously THE spot to get married in Tucson. It has the authentic feel with a modern and classy edge that goes with any aesthetic. Did I mention the bridal and groom suites for getting ready? Unbelievably gorgeous and comfortable. Guests were obsessed with the vibe and the many photo ops throughout the space. David and his team, Rashid the DJ, Vince the bartender, Michelle with Atlas Catering, are absolutely unmatched. We were able to customize where we wanted and ask any questions we needed with a quick response time. Sadly, our wedding had a medical emergency occur (everyone ended up being ok!) and everyone on staff was compassionate and professional. They even followed up with us after our wedding to make sure our guest was doing ok. I cannot say enough positive things about Bates, it truly is something special and we feel lucky to have been married there. We'll never forget it 3
