White Diamond Lavender Farms is a 10 acre lavender farm situated in the heart of the midwest just outside of the surprising little town of Hope, IN.​ We are a seasonal U-Pick lavender farm and event venue. Our property boasts a 7600 square foot barn. Our barn is newly remodeled with a 460 square foot wrap around front porch up-cycled from century old barn beams from Salem, IN. Topo's 403 means more than just a beautiful space or a delicious meal; it is a way of honoring a family history and it's long-held dreams. The restored 1870s townhouse on Walnut has been in the Topolgus family since Stephanie's grandfather opened his medical practice there in 1947. Stephanie's father, Dr. Jim Topolgus, practiced medicine there until moving his offices in the mid-1990s. When the building was empty, it opened up an opportunity "Topo" had been waiting for.

Originally built by Henry Woolery in 1930, Woolery Mill has been transformed into an industrial chic venue with modern amenities. Designated a National Historic Landmark in 2002, the mill is a former A.J. Woolery & Sons quarry with a variety of buildings, structures, and objects originally used for limestone production. The mill shut down production in 1996 and the property has been vacant since.
