This ballroom can be rented in conjunction with the South Hall Ballroom right next door. This would allow you to hold your ceremony in one ballroom and your reception in the other. The elegant South Hall Ballroom was also built in 1935, and was the original library for the City of Coral Gables. There is a maximum capacity of 200 guests for a sit down dinner and 170 guests for a buffet style meal. Amenities include all wood floors, kitchen and bar area.
