As a brewpub, our focus is our house-made beers, but we also offer a full-liquor bar. In addition to beers and liquor, Bay 13 also holds one of the largest Australian wine lists in the country. The classic North Hall Ballroom was built in 1935 and has the maximum capacity of 240 guests for a sit down dinner and 200 guests for a buffet style. This ballroom can be rented in conjunction with the South Hall Ballroom right next door. This would allow you to hold your ceremony in one ballroom and your reception in the other. The elegant South Hall Ballroom was also built in 1935, and was the original library for the City of Coral Gables. There is a maximum capacity of 200 guests for a sit down dinner and 170 guests for a buffet style meal. Amenities include all wood floors, kitchen and bar area.
