We got married here on May 3, 2024 and our wedding at The Palms was a DREAM! The venue itself is STUNNING and doesn't require you to spend much time or money on decorating. The beautiful tropical plants and flowers that are already at the venue truly speak for themselves! As a result of this, we didn't need to spend much money on flowers or decor for the reception. Our ceremony was on the beach, which, again, was stunning! Our cocktail hour was at the gazebo area, which has a beautiful, flower covered gazebo that is perfect for photos. Our seated dinner and dancing was at the Grand Tiki Hut, which once again, had a beautiful, tropical ambiance. Our guests absolutely loved the venue and we could not have been happier with how it turned out. It truly was a dream. The on-site wedding coordinator, Vanessa Ortiz, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was there for us every step of the way and on our actual wedding day, helped us with unexpected things (like helping my fiance unbutton the 30 buttons on my dress so I could do an outfit change for the dancing, haha). She is warm, kind and amazing at her job. Vanessa took great care with all of the decor we brought and set up everything to our exact instructions. We also worked with her colleague, Barbara, for our wedding tasting. She was equally as kind and wonderful! Speaking of the tasting, The Palms has a restaurant on-site called Essensia, which was the caterer for all of the food (aside from the cake). Let me tell you, my husband and I are foodies and we both agreed that the food was absolutely delicious! I cannot rave about this venue enough! Overall, it was a perfect experience and we were able to have our dream wedding! Do yourself a favor and have your wedding here! :)

The hotel is located across from Downtown Doral, 6 miles from Miami International Airport and 3 miles from Famous Dolphin and International Mall. Our Larger Event Space is located on the main building, Club House-second floor. The Cobalt Room is a beautiful 1,700 SF event space divisible in two rooms; Cobalt A (700 SF) and Cobalt B (1,000 SF) with natural light, high ceiling and French doors. The Cobalt Room is adjacent to a covered veranda of 3,000 SF with outstanding garden and pool views. Our 7,000 SF Pool Patio area offers a magical ambience for outdoor events. The hotel is so beautiful! The restaurant and bar is great; It opens up to the plaza where the large green area is. Fun place to hangout and have drinks. Took some of my bridal portraits around the plaza and hotel!

The Hilton Miami Downtown made everything exceptional for our special day and Joseph Castaneda made every single step of the process so easy. Joseph was the highlight for us. Whatever we needed, Joseph was extremely accommodating and thoughtful. From helping us coordinate the events of the day, to our dishes and hors d’oeuvers (all the food was delicious) and to even helping me with my dress on the day of! Joseph wears many hats and he’s the right kind of person you want on your day - you know that with him involved everything is going to go as planned or even better. The venue itself was beautiful. The setup was perfect and the space outside for pictures alongside the green wall was unbelievable, they turned out really nice! The Hilton was also helpful when it came to room blocks. They provided us status updates around our room blocks and helped give out welcome bags to our guests that booked through them. Adriana and team at the DoubleTree are amazing and our wedding was perfect!! We got so many compliments of the venue from our guests…especially the ceremony and cocktail hour patio area. Courtyard Miami Coconut Grove was the perfect venue for our wedding. Ruth, the Event Manager was very attentive to detail and ensured our day ran smoothly. The ballroom featured majestic bay views that wowed our guests. We were especially impressed by the Honeymoon suite and the romantic turndown service provided.
