About this venue
Dream Bay Resort is a family-owned waterfront vacation rental property and wedding venue in the heart of Key Largo, FL, right on the Gulf of Mexico, with spectacular sunset views! We offer a full buyout of our beautiful 2.5 acre property, so that you and your guests can have it all to yourselves! There are 3 beach areas, swaying palm trees, gorgeous banyan trees, tiki huts, lush greenery, and a laid back, "boho" tropical island vibe! To make things easy for our couples, we also include, tables, chairs, bistro lighting, set up/breakdown, and arbor/arch. An onsite caterer is also available, although you're free to choose your own vendors and bring in your own alcohol. We sleep 36 guests on site, and there are nearby hotels and motels to accommodate all additional wedding guests. If you're looking for a smaller, semi-private elopement or microwedding, we also offer those for weddings up to 50 guests. Please inquire for small wedding pricing.

Have a simple, yet romantic, beach elopement or microwedding, including an overnight stay in our honeymoon suite. We make it easy and affordable by providing all the essentials! This package includes a semi-private beachside dinner reception for up to 5 hours and a 1 night stay in our honeymoon suite. Rate is plus 7.5% tax and cleaning fees. Catering not included (app $49-$89 per person, depending on menu).

Have our whole beautiful waterfront property all to yourselves! Save by hosting your wedding midweek (Mon-Thur), and stay any 2 nights within that period. Our midweek package includes all accommodations for up to 36 guests staying on site. If you'd like, you can have your guests pay for their accommodations separately, which will reduce the cost of this package. Tax & fees are additional (app $2000)

Book your 4 day/3 night night stay and host your fully private wedding on our gorgeous 3.5 acre property with exquisite open water views and sunsets! This package is for hosting a weekend wedding and 2 night stay in our 5 vacation rental cottages for up to 36 guests. We provide tables, chairs, set up/breakdown, bathrooms, arbor, and bistro lighting. You add catering, floral, and entertainment. Extra (Thur or Sun) night is $2500 + tax. Tax and fees are additional (app $2000)

3-Day Wedding Weekend
We booked Dream Bay for a three day wedding weekend. I can't say enough good things about the onsite staff and grounds crew. Lana, Janice and the team went above and beyond to make our weekend memorable. Janice was aways around and very helpful for everything we needed. The resort was equipped with everything we needed and the houses were clean and welcoming. We had a few hiccups with the accounting and booking side, but nothing that wasn't corrected eventually. The gate was broken during our stay, so we had several uninvited people showing up to "look around". All in all, it was a great choice for a Keys Wedding.

Dream Bay Resort was an absolute dream for our wedding day! From start to finish, the team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and flexible in accommodating our needs. Lana, in particular, was BEYOND amazing - she went above and beyond to ensure our vision came to life, even moving around tables and decor at the last minute due to unexpected rain. The quality of their work was picture perfect, with a beautiful beachy ambiance that wowed all of our guests. They even took the time to wipe down every single chair before the ceremony began. We got married a week ago today and every single guest has either called or texted us to rave about what a great time they had and how it was "the best wedding" they've ever been too! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue and highly recommend Dream Bay Resort to any couple planning their special day.

A private oasis for your family and friends, where you can avoid the crowds and noise. Gorgeous grounds (and my favorite Banyan Tree in the keys)! The property managers are incredibly helpful, accommodating and kind! Cant say enough wonderful things about Dream Bay Resort!
