We found David through a referral, and were immediately pleased with his workstyle. He has creative ways to make sure the wedding video is memorable, while tailoring it to the personality of the couple. For example, he surprised us by including a surprising amount of footage of our pups, even though they were only present for the ceremony. David and his team were very attentive throughout the whole wedding, and made sure to capture footage of all wedding guests, without being intrusive. We were surprised at all of the dancing sequences from our friends and family members, and they all looked very natural! David’s editing skills are also superb. We were concerned, because my husband has a very low voice, and a marching band played during our vows, so we thought that he had been completely drowned out. We were so happy when we watched our wedding video and saw that David was able to salvage the audio of our vows perfectly! We will recommend David in the future!

Cook Captures

5.0

  • Documentary style
  • Starts at $1,500
  • Serves Oregon House, CA

Hi there, my name is Caleb but most people call me Cook. I spent almost 13 years in the southeast filming weddings, events, corporate gigs and commercials. I moved to California in 2012 and pursued a different career. A couple years ago I decided to get back into event videography and started Cook Captures. When shooting events I have a very hands off candid style. I love to capture people naturally having fun, enjoying the day and creating memories. Every event I film is unique and each film ends up with it’s own story and narrative that fit the couple, venue, guests and overall vibe of your wedding.

Awarded Best of Zola
Cook and Peter were so great to work with. I appreciated their understanding of how difficult the cost of weddings have gone up and how they were willing to cooperate reasonably throughout the whole process. Cook was able to capture all the shots I was hoping to have captured and his talent is truly evident. My husband and I were hoping to get some footage within the whole gallery of the not so “picture-perfect” to keep memories authentic and to see the natural candid side of our special day. Cook delivered that exactly through his videos. I truly recommend working with Cook if you are looking for someone to capture a meaningful event in your life. He is also so versatile in styles that he truly can provide you exactly what you are looking for or thinking through collaboration.

Lost Generation Pictures

5.0

  • Documentary style
  • Serves Oregon House, CA

We are a husband and wife videography team. Dominic received his MFA in Film Directing from the Academy of Art in San Francisco and has over 10 years of videography experience. We got married on January 6, 2018 and quickly realized we had made a big mistake not hiring a wedding videographer to capture our day. We decided to start our own video production business and provide quality wedding videography services to make sure other couples have a wedding film to help them remember all the special moments of their most special day. We are passionate about filmmaking and can't wait to hear more about your love story!

Words cannot describe how thankful we are to Emily and Dominic for their incredible work. The videos they delivered were the most amazing and magical reminders of our special day and we are so excited to be able to relive those moments again and again. From start to finish - booking to the day of to after the wedding, they were both a dream to work with, making everything so easy and effortless. Video was something we weren't sure we could afford and we felt like Lost Generation Picturs offered packages that were priced well for all the content we would receive and wow, did we get more than we could have imagined, it was the BEST decision we made during our planning process. We would HIGHLY recommend working with them if you get the chance!!! Thank you again!!

Finisterre Visuals

5.0

  • Documentary style
  • Starts at $3,250
  • Serves Oregon House, CA

So what does finisterre mean? Finisterre is Latin. If you know some Spanish, you’ll recognize two words squeezed into one: “fin” and “tierra,” essentially meaning the world’s end. Don’t worry, not in an apocalyptic sense of the word — it’s actually a place. It’s where the Romans once stood in modern-day Spain. They looked across the vast Atlantic Ocean, and thought to themselves “is this the end of the road?” Finisterre is an ode to that majestic feeling of unknown. Getting married is one of those unique experiences.

I cannot recommend Ryan and his team enough. 100/5 stars. He was absolutely AMAZING on our wedding day at the Hideout. Our wedding video is hands down, one of the greatest memories we have from our day. Ryan was able to capture the whole day without shoving a camera in our faces. My husband and I were able to actually enjoy the day and visit with everyone without having to miss any major moments for a film shoot. He blended with our crowd so effortlessly while capturing all the detailed moments throughout the whole day. Not only that, but Ryan and his team had to be adaptable during our wedding day. We had rain and hail which altered all of our plans for the ceremony and reception, but Ryan was able to shift and still capture the day beautifully. He was very communicative with editing our video and checked in to make sure we were happy with the final result. The care and detail he put into our video was so reflective of us - I can't thank him enough.

Bustle & Twine Videography

5.0

  • Documentary style
  • Starts at $4,490
  • Serves Oregon House, CA

Bustle & Twine specializes in documentary wedding videography - telling the story of your day through all the beautiful details, unexpected surprises, and candid emotions as they unfold. We strive to capture every moment of your day while keeping a low profile.

The Bustle & Twine video team was fantastic - didn't even notice they were there / very much faded into the background but when the videos were delivered (multiple - a fun trailer, highlight video, ceremony video, first dances) you could tell they captured every beautiful moment and more. Their style is real and personal - not overly stylized or dramatic - just intimate and lovely. I cry every time I watch our wedding video! Not to mention the entire Bustle & Twine team is just a joy to work with - friendly, personable, goes above and beyond. Love.

It was wonderful getting to work with Kristiann! She was easy to get in touch with and clearly communicated her services. She communicated with both myself and my wedding coordinator and was punctual with meeting deadlines and provided needed information up until the day of the wedding. She asked a lot of clarifying and informative questions related to our wedding theme and vision and she made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. Stamper Films LLC

5.0

  • Documentary style
  • Starts at $2,000
  • Serves Oregon House, CA for additional fees

Stamper Films has been capturing and editing videos since 2014. Our goal is to tell the story of your wedding in a thoughtful, creative, and genuine way so that you and your guests can remember and relive this special day for years to come.

My husband and I were going back and forth on whether we wanted videography at our wedding, and I am so so glad we decided to go with stamper films! Firstly, they were affordable and fit in our budget. Even better, their style is documentary-like filming which we love! Looking at our videos now, it feels like an authentic, real, romantic view was captured. Yan Li was super easy to work with & everything went seamlessly. We felt very comfortable with him & his assistant, and they were so respectful of our photographer as well. Our wedding video makes me cry just thinking about it. Then I turn it on & I really start to cry— our vows overlayed on top of the footage, the scenery & details that were captured, & especially the emotion Stamper Films got on camera. 10/10 and if I ever needed videography again I would go to Stamper Films.
