Cook Captures

5.0

  • Documentary style
  • Starts at $1,500
  • Serves Oregon House, CA
  • Offer

Hi there, my name is Caleb but most people call me Cook. I spent almost 13 years in the southeast filming weddings, events, corporate gigs and commercials. I moved to California in 2012 and pursued a different career. A couple years ago I decided to get back into event videography and started Cook Captures. When shooting events I have a very hands off candid style. I love to capture people naturally having fun, enjoying the day and creating memories. Every event I film is unique and each film ends up with it’s own story and narrative that fit the couple, venue, guests and overall vibe of your wedding.

Cook is super easy going and easy to get along with. His work also speaks for itself, it’s high quality and exactly what you want! He captures people in the entirety and a good turn around time. I would highly recommend him to everyone!

Lost Generation Pictures

5.0

  • Documentary style
  • Serves Oregon House, CA

We are a husband and wife videography team. Dominic received his MFA in Film Directing from the Academy of Art in San Francisco and has over 10 years of videography experience. We got married on January 6, 2018 and quickly realized we had made a big mistake not hiring a wedding videographer to capture our day. We decided to start our own video production business and provide quality wedding videography services to make sure other couples have a wedding film to help them remember all the special moments of their most special day. We are passionate about filmmaking and can't wait to hear more about your love story!

Lost Generation partner team Emily and Dominic are just the absolute best! They were our wedding videographers and we are so happy they were referred by a friend who also raved about their work. They were very professional, responsive, punctual, very easy to communicate with, always responsive with emails and took their time over zoom calls in understanding what we wanted for our videos. We wanted a natural, documentary style video and Emily and Dominic delivered. They always had our best interest in mind; they never upsold us on anything and we were more than happy with the videos they created! Not only did they work great with us, but with the other wedding vendors. With a different photographer, they worked so well together and made everything work out so smoothly which resulted in amazing videos and photos. And they're a great value! We started with a package but added more after receiving the trailers and can see the high quality work they've put together. Hire Lost Generation as your next videographers, you won't regret it!

Bustle & Twine Videography

5.0

  • Documentary style
  • Starts at $4,490
  • Serves Oregon House, CA

Bustle & Twine specializes in documentary wedding videography - telling the story of your day through all the beautiful details, unexpected surprises, and candid emotions as they unfold. We strive to capture every moment of your day while keeping a low profile.

The Bustle & Twine video team was fantastic - didn't even notice they were there / very much faded into the background but when the videos were delivered (multiple - a fun trailer, highlight video, ceremony video, first dances) you could tell they captured every beautiful moment and more. Their style is real and personal - not overly stylized or dramatic - just intimate and lovely. I cry every time I watch our wedding video! Not to mention the entire Bustle & Twine team is just a joy to work with - friendly, personable, goes above and beyond. Love.

Motel Cinema

5.0

  • Documentary style
  • Starts at $5,000
  • Serves Oregon House, CA for additional fees

Fueled by nostalgic recalling we aim to create a film that is timeless and authentic. Motel Cinema is based out of San Diego, Ca and our approach to weddings is inspired by the untraditional travelers before us, who hit the road in search of adventure into the unknown. We don't like boxes and we don't want wedding films that fit into one. If that tickles your fancy let's get weird.

Awarded Best of Zola
One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was to hire Motel Cinema! As an entertainment marketer, specifically for documentaries, how our wedding would be documented was top of mind for me and I met with quite a few videographers. Brandon completely exceeded my expectations with the moments he caught on film, the editing, the music, the vibe. I really felt like he saw us and reflected it all back to us in the most special way which we will cherish for the rest of our lives. He was an absolute joy to work with through the entire process- easy to communicate with and quick, but also a relaxed energy that fit seamlessly into our wedding weekend. I cannot recommend Motel Cinema enough and I’m so so grateful that we were connected.

Kristiann did an amazing job with our videography! She communicated great beforehand and worked with my coordinator to make sure everything was good to go in our schedule. She was very thorough to get all the shots I wanted and then some! She was great to work with and our video was fantastic. She captured some great moments and my whole family laughed and cried. She definitely did some great comedic cuts as well from the night to make it something I will love to watch forever! I definitely recommend her for your wedding.

I cannot thank Saja and Mawaddah Productions enough for producing the wedding film of my dreams! Saja was a joy to work with. She is exactly the type of person you want around you on your wedding day: calm, kind, and professional. Saja was proactive about communicating with my husband and I during the planning process and made an effort to get to know us and understand our hopes for our wedding day. The final film reflected that intentionality by showcasing the feelings and details of our day beautifully and authentically. Saja made us feel valued throughout the process of working with her, and went above and beyond by including some surprises with the delivery of our film. Stamper Films LLC

5.0

  • Documentary style
  • Starts at $1,000
  • Serves Oregon House, CA for additional fees

Stamper Films has been capturing and editing videos since 2014. Our goal is to tell the story of your wedding in a thoughtful, creative, and genuine way so that you and your guests can remember and relive this special day for years to come.

My husband and I were going back and forth on whether we wanted videography at our wedding, and I am so so glad we decided to go with stamper films! Firstly, they were affordable and fit in our budget. Even better, their style is documentary-like filming which we love! Looking at our videos now, it feels like an authentic, real, romantic view was captured. Yan Li was super easy to work with & everything went seamlessly. We felt very comfortable with him & his assistant, and they were so respectful of our photographer as well. Our wedding video makes me cry just thinking about it. Then I turn it on & I really start to cry— our vows overlayed on top of the footage, the scenery & details that were captured, & especially the emotion Stamper Films got on camera. 10/10 and if I ever needed videography again I would go to Stamper Films.
